Customer Service is AWESOME! I have hit them up several times and I don't think it has ever taken them more than 10 minutes to reply in the Chat. I had a problem on Christmas Day and the guy who made this app walked me through it step by step on Christmas. I wish my downloads could be downloaded from within my site instead of an email link. That is the ONLY downside to this product. Other than that, it is first class and I highly recommend this guy because he is really nice and supportive and very very understanding! This app is not being run by a major company. From what I was told, the app builder stepped out on Faith and built this thing on his own and he operates the customer service alone. AMAZING!

Leo is super responsive and the app is very easy to navigate, even as a beginner. The free plan limits are also much greater than comparative apps.

Amazing support from Leo! I am truly a novice with online store set up and digital product configuration, and he was extremely helpful and patient! We chatted online multiple times and I learned more about the app each and every time. A great app - and just as important - great support!

" update " - Got a reply from programmer, and helpful in trying to fix the issues. For that I give high rating, and will update the comment once the problems are fixed. Since still paid for the function. Just installed the app, has potential, but encountered few issues and can't seem to get a response from support. 1. Can't save setting 2. Can't download file via email link 3. File size too big also hangs
