We’ve been using Discount Ninja for a while now and the experience has been excellent. The app is powerful, flexible, and truly enables complex promotion logic that other apps simply can’t handle. It integrates smoothly with our Shopify setup and has been a reliable solution for our high-volume campaigns. I also want to highlight Jaypee from their support team - incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful. Every time we needed assistance, Jaypee provided fast, clear, and expert guidance that made a real difference. Outstanding customer service. Great customer service, they always make sure your issue is resolved and in a timely manner. This app allows for promotions other apps do not support. 100% recommend.

Able to do a lot of customization and help with a lot of nuances with my store. Customer service team (I worked with Manuel) was very informative and more importantly patient with all my questions!

This app I have been using a bit for a few months now and it so far is very good. What makes it stand out is the amazing customer support. With any app you install there is a steep learning curve and they make it very easy to intergrade it into your store and easily learn what you need to make it useful and successful

Installed, had a questioned, asked support during business hours, no response. I wouldn't recommend this app.

Was looking forward to using this app to apply automatic discounts and have the discounts displayed on the product and collection pages but you need to do a ton of coding in order for that to happen and they offer this service for free but it takes 5 days or more and they dont teach you how to do it yourself. Nobody has 5 days to wait, other then that the app is decent.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to clarify two points: Our free setup service typically takes less than 24 hours to complete. We mention “up to 3 weekdays” in our documentation to set realistic expectations during peak times or for more complex themes, but in practice, most setups are completed much faster. For merchants who prefer to handle the setup themselves, the app includes direct links to step-by-step instructions on our support portal. We’re glad to hear you found the app itself to be decent, and we’ll continue working to make the onboarding process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Discount Ninja är en kraftfull app med många möjligheter, men den kan vara lite svår att komma igång med – särskilt för oss som inte är så tekniska. Jag tycker fortfarande att priset är i högsta laget, men det vägs upp av deras riktigt hjälpsamma och engagerade supportteam. Stort tack för att ni hjälper till när det verkligen behövs!

Unfortunate to have to review this now after being a customer for awhile but they've impacted our business again and support is dropping the ball. Support is often slow when we actually need them, and any theme-updates BREAKS their app. There is a "3-Day" required rule for them to help get their app up in this situation and we lost significant revenue because of it. Also note, this "estimate" does NOT include weekends...so could be 5-Days (we're on Day 2 of needing help and told to wait till Monday...that's a best-case "4 days" for resolution...but by their rules could be Tuesday, or 5-days...). They want your "developers" to do it or pay them extra when the app glitches (and does often especially during peak shopping like BF). This latest incident has us shopping for alternatives with a simple installer and better support.

Discount Ninja’s unique strikethrough pricing feature does require setup, which we offer free of charge. This setup involves some technical steps, but we aim to complete it within 24 hours on weekdays—and we’ve consistently met that target over the past two years.

Easily the most fully featured discount engine there is. I haven't been able to find anything that can even match its functionality. Drawbacks are that it can't be used along with certain built-in Shopify discount types and certain apps, but the app itself technically invalidates the need for those. Support is really solid, too.

Discount Ninja has been above and beyond for supporting our promotional needs across multiple stores and regions. The promo tools are intuitive and incredibly useful with so many options to choose from it covers all of our bases and has introduced new optionality for us. We couldn't be pleased enough with the customer support we receive as well. The crew over there is always enhancing the platform and looking to make it better. They're also very responsive and reactive. We couldn't be happier with our decision to support our promo functionality. Big ups to the DN crew!
