I used this app to help me set up different automatic discounts applied at checkout on different levels of spend (10% off when you spend $50, 20% when you spend $80, etc) and it works well! I had few questions about the set up and how to make the discounts work and their customer service team have been of great help. Strongly recommend it :)

I have used Discount Ninja for a sales event. We can control more parameters than any other app we previously used. We used Ninja to combine two discounts and it works very well. It solved one major problem: We don't want customers to use discount coupons at the same time with a sales event. The countdown timer works great. Thanks to Bart and Andrea, installation of the snippets done perfectly and we can show the discounts on every page. A very good designed app and perfect customer service and guidance.

So far my worst review to any App on Shopify. Very disappointed. The app say that you can do a lot of configurations, and after install it you see that most of what the advertise is Coming Soon... so I first installed it in september/2018 and contacted them about the coming soon parts that I wanted, and was told soon would be released... so far it still have the parts I want as "coming soon" and I didn't use this app until now, and I am been charged 49$ per month because the version that was supposed to have those features charge that amount per month... I will never use again any App from this developer!

I used this app to combine discounts plus show discounts on product pages. It works great. I have a less common theme which caused some issues. Discount Ninja support was extremely helpful and they even set everything up for me.

I'm really impressed with this app! I've tried several sales apps and have had some pretty bad experiences. Discount Ninja is the best I've found. I like that you can set an automatic discount so the customers can see the sale price without adding it to the cart. The popups are great for adding urgency and you can customize them. What I'm most impressed with is the support team! I had a couple issues when I first started and they were incredibly responsive and had things fixed lightning fast. There are tons of customizations you can do and I love that you can upload your own photos to the popups so it fits into your brand. Really good stuff. My only complaint is that you can't schedule sales without subscribing to their $50/month plan. If you'll be running sales and promotions often, this is definitely worth the money

By far the best discount app on Shopify marketplace and I have tested a lot of them. Dynamic pricing for products that are added dynamically on pages could be a fantastic feature.

Discount Ninja is not working. I sent a news letter and all of my VIP costumers aren't able to buy with discounted prices. It generated a lot of frustration from my costumers and now because of your **** plug in we have to deal with a lot crap.

This app was a life saver in preparation for Black Friday! It allowed me to set up multiple promotions, something Shopify does not offer on its back end. I am so excited for all the promotional possibilities and our customers will be very happy! Customer service was GREAT and assisted me right away! I highly recommend this app for stores!

Great app and totally worth the money just for its dynamic pricing feature! I try to select very few apps to keep store running as optimal as possible and this is one you would not want to uninstall .Great support from Discount ninja team - almost instantaneous. Thumbs up

Absolutely love this app! With the help of their support team, this was very easy to set up and begin using in our store. The dynamic pricing feature is the best! I searched for a while to find an app that could show my customers their deal upfront, and I finally found it with discount ninja! Their support team goes above and beyond to help you optimize the app for your store's needs. Really great choice!

Simple to use, but not simple to install, however, they can set it up for you which is good. Good support. Didn't do what I needed it to. But does what it does well. UPDATE Now that Shopify have brought in BOGOF this app is even less useful than it was before and we uninstalled it. We can just share the discount link that Shopify provide if we don't want to show the discount on the page. Also, the fact that it effected the scrolling ability and also that it doesn't load dynamic pricing on the collections page is a not positive. It's a shame, because this app has a lot of potential but it is far too limited in the discount structures that it offers. IT needs to include BOGOF combined with minimum spend to be useful.

This is one of the greatest apps on the market for discounts, sales, and marketing. When a visitor sees the price getting slashed right in front of their eyes (in real-time) along with the count down timer to build a sense of urgency, it makes them definitely turns them into a customer. The ability to control when and where the discounts, notifications, and pop-ups appear (either on the homepage, collections page, product page, cart page, or checkout page), gives this app the edge over its competitors. Everything can be customized to make it personal to your store. Some of the best features (in our opinion) are: the ability to choose whether you want every visitor to see the active discount or to send the discount to specific customers via custom URL (to be discrete), the ability to change how promotions appear on your store, and the ability to make every promotion unique. The back end of the app is super user friendly. If there is anything that needs assistance, the support team is there to help. The support team is amazing. Shout out to Bart for his amazing service. New features are going to be added to this app in the near future. So, this app will be even more amazing than it already is. We instantly fell in love with this app as it is one of a kind. We highly recommend this app to anyone. It is definitely worth the install. Thank you for this amazing app and service!

Excellent app. I use it to run secret sales to my VIP customers and do A/B tests on pricing. It works great. Finally i can give a unique discount code to each client THAT expires after x time, so i don't need to worry about coupons being distributed everywhere on the web. Brilliant. The developer continues to add really great features. Really great support. I cannot wait for the reports to become available.
