The app is incredibly easy to use, quick to set up and worked like a charm from the start. Customer service is great, Rick was especially friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was running smooth. Highly recommend!
When you frequently experience Discounty reverting the product price back to a wrong price point, then trust in the app vanish. The app notifies about issues regarding this topic, but they somehow blame Shopify. If that's the case, I don't understand why Discounty even offers use of this app, when it's apparently not stable.
Customer service is a top notch ( Grace was amazing ). They're very innovative too ! She listened my recommendation carefully and reported to her technical team.
