The team member was super patient and helpful. A very short wait (60 secs) to get a human to replace the bolt! We worked thought some trouble shooting and the conversation was easy to follow. The start up is very restrictive, but a good way to see if it is worth an upgrade

Amazing app and even better support! Discounty has been a game-changer for our store. Setting up tiered discounts and promotions was so easy, and it’s already helping us increase our average order value. The interface is clean and intuitive, even for someone like me who isn’t very technical. What truly sets this app apart, though, is the support. Grace went above and beyond to help me when I ran into a setup issue. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and made sure everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much Rick and Grace for your help :)! I give you guys 5 stars, the app 4 stars because of the fact that it is not possible to show the discounted price of the products instead of the discount. I want to show €350 (original price 360) instead of €10 discount...
