We’ve been using Discounty to manage large promotional campaigns across our entire store, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. We've been using Discounty for two days now, and it's already proving to be a powerful tool for managing sales. The setup was quick and straightforward. We were able to apply bulk discounts to entire collections in minutes—no coding, no confusion. So far, everything works smoothly, and the scheduling feature is a huge plus. Looking forward to seeing how it performs during larger campaigns. Great app! The support team is also responsive and helpful—quick to answer our questions and provide guidance when needed.

Miles was absolutely wonderful—so kind and helpful! Their customer service is truly excellent. The only thing to note is that since we sell internationally and had fixed prices set for various regions, it became quite complicated to apply discount pricing. I had to manually adjust each region's pricing to non-fixed in order for the discounts to work properly. This app works perfectly if you're selling locally or not using fixed pricing structures. Overall, it’s a great tool with outstanding support.

We just installed this today! We haven't officially run any campaigns yet but so far the customer service has been great. Nilou has helped answer all of my questions as we get ready to launch our Fourth of July sale.

The app is quite intuitive. Took me about 15 mins to get it up and running with a big catalog. Mason from Discounty was also very responsive and helped me with a small hiccup. 10/10 would recommend :).

Sam was absolutely amazing! I got help right off the bat, (and she was lovely enough to give me a 40% discount so I could try it!) Top notch customer service! Then when I had trouble getting it to load on my site Grace helped out, and even made it look more sleek! Absolutely wonderful assistance. Can't as for any better!

Just went live with my first Sale through this app and it was so easy to set up!! Sam was there walking me through any questions I had along the way and it works better than I had even hoped for A+++ team!

The Discounty app was easy to set up and had my first sale running within minutes. I really like they use common language and you don't need a degree in marketing to understand how to setup your first sale. Right after installing they have a on-boarding team member contact you via chat to let you know they are here to help if you run into issues, which was nice.
