La voy a tener que borrar, no me sirvió, estaría bien que agregaran desde el inicio en los precios de producto tachado el precio regular y el precio nuevo en rojo. Tira muchas ventas porque el descuento se ve hasta el carrito

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service. Unfortunately, it was disasterously poor. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rude attitude that suggested a complete lack of understanding of their own system. It felt like I was talking to a robot rather than a person who could assist me. I expected much better support, but this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. I hope they address these issues soon!

This app does for us what a lot of apps and especially what Shopify would not. We needed strikeouts through our prices during sale campaigns and Discounty offered that amongst other features. They also have human customer service at the ready which is a huge help. Sometimes apps have features you don't understand and having a human to help you learn them is a huge A+ when running a business and having limited time to complete alllll the things that demands in a day. You do not have to enter compare at prices to each product for the price strikeouts to show during a sale which is exactly what we needed. Get this app!

The customer service is GREAT - Grace was super helpful. It's super easy to use and the sales plug in directly on the product is nice versus how shopify's discount section doesn't show it unless you add the item to the cart. Super great for black friday sales. Exactly what we needed. Only thing I wish it did like the shopify discount section is show the items that are within your discount easier if you have multiple variants (colors or sizes). It's hard to see what all items you have under the discount if you did a bulk amount.

This app is great if you if you only have one market or if you don't have fixed pricing. Its a quick way to apply and remove discounts but doesn't work if you have fixed prices. Customer service gets 5-stars though, they are always knowledgeable, speedy, and efficient. Special thanks to Nilou for solving my issue in minutes.
