I recommend drip shipper because it is a very easy way to get things shipped out. Navigate to Use Great Smooth Customer Service. I enjoyed it. I like it. Is the best thing that I've found. I wish I had found it years ago and thank you very much. For helping a small businesses get moved on how you do things and product and produce your customers and your clients and those out there looking to do small business in a big way.

BEWARE. Joana (Help Desk) is pretending to know trademark law, accusing my company of "potential." trademark infringement. Dirpshipper is hiring an incompetent help desk from the Phillippines. I'm glad not to do business with Dripshipper! Dripshipper has two help desk employees. This company is unprofessional and all marketing. The coffee is different from what they describe. I love coffee; this stuff is similar to the average supermarket brand. Please do your research before doing business with this company. I should have, and that's on me.
Thank you for your review. I (founder of Dripshipper) looked into this issue personally. It does appear there could be potential trademark infringement with the brand you were using. If you own the trademark or have an application filed for the trade name you wanted to use, that would be sufficient enough for us to continue. We have amazing, high quality beans that we use for roasting. I'd love to hear more about your experience with our coffee, if you would like. Please feel free to email us so I could chat about it. Dripshipper has definitely made it easier to run a business. This app connects us with two roasters to drop-ship coffee. Their support is good and helps with the business model. The coffee is good. I just think the delivery time can be a bit faster.

The coffee through Dripshipper is a good quality from their roasting vendors. The quality of customer service from the Dripshipper support team is extremely disappointing. The Dripshipper app for Shopify has several issues and their support team seem to be oblivious to addressing the issues and remedying the concerns provided by their customers (the Shopify store owner).

The customer support and service needs work. They constantly ask you to repeatedly.do things that don't work or resolve your issues. If more was done to investigate the root issues. I.e. invoices not showing paid my Customer issue could have been resolved weeks ago.

Dripshipper has definitely made it easier to run a business, they are quick and it is very easy to import and export inventory.

I ordered some coffee and tea products from Dripshipper and I was very impressed with their service and quality. The products arrived to my customers quickly and were well-packaged. The coffee and tea were fresh, aromatic, and delicious. I loved the variety of flavors and blends that they offered. This app/company connects you with two roasters to drop-ship coffee and tea. It has created the connections that I may not be able to make independent of them. They also host meetings/webinars in conjunction with the roasters to help develop sales strategies and aid in marketing.

I've been running my eCommerce coffee business for a month with Dripshipper now and not only have I ordered many of the products for myself and my family my customers have been ordering in droves from me with huge smiles and satisfaction! I highly recommend them as an eCommerce coffee solution.
