This app/company connects you with two roasters to drop-ship coffee and tea. It has created the connections that I may not be able to make independent of them. They also host meetings/webinars in conjunction with the roasters to help develop sales strategies and aid in marketing.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Any and every name I chose was not allowed. When asked why they said it sounded similar to other businesses. I tried three different names and wasted a lot of time on this.. horrible experience! I do not recommend!

The customer service is really helpful, but the business model of Dripshipper is amazing. Dropshipping for coffee and Tea is a great business model, and I like this company.

I love the app. It has made things so amazingly easy. They dont make your business, but with the quality of product, and the delivery options they have been amazing. 50% of an online businesses success happens in the 24 hours after a sale, and with dripshipper I dont even have to worry about this. It is really that simple. i get the orders, drip shipper does the fullfilment, without even being asked.

I've just join Dripshipper community not long, and love the products and services they provide. Whenever i have a bunch of questions they are always patient and professionally giving me thorough and prompt answers. They walk me through step by step. My favorite part is the weekly meeting, and getting emails from the CEO!

The chat support has been very helpful. My shopify partner created a website with many bugs that I am now fixing and many questions unanswered. The chat support has always helped me. Even Mr Doughty (owner) reached out to me if I wanted help. I absolutely will accept any help I can get since I am on my own now. Lets hope once I start marketing the sales will hit the fan.

Terrible experience. They charged 100 times for those label rejections. Zero support. Should I mention the printed labels look like a toilet paper in real life? They feel so cheap in your hands I wanted to cry. My home printer does a better job. Also they seem to make money not on selling coffee but on rejecting your labels. Just go to another supplier - save money. Wasted many months on this for nothing.

Dripshipper has been really helpful in setting up a Coffee dropshipping service. The customer support team has been very fast to respond and it is easy to integrate with Shopify. One addition I would love to see as well is the ability to sort and filter coffees a bit easier by roasts, origins, etc.. when viewing the product list. Otherwise, all is easy to setup when getting going. Able to get started from scratch quickly
