Excellent system, makes setting up a business easy. Love the support and learning about the industry.
These guys are very responsive, and have been amazing. I don't really have much experience with this process, but they can quickly fix anything I mess up and make it look great again

NPR (Not Paid Review) The support is there. Just be patient and persistent. No one is perfect but Dripshipper has helped me come a long way. They offer lots of help so you can succeed. If you succeed they succeed. If there’s an issue they work as a team to resolve it quickly and that is the most important part for me. I highly recommend Dripshipper!

I will change my review when they stop robbing people $2.75 per label check. Their label requirements are so buggy and confusing they will charge you $50 simply to approve one label for one product. They keep rejecting my labels without any direct guidance or explanation, oh yes. For guidance and explanation you please pay 500 a month or whatever it is. Not right way to run your business.
Thank you for the review. The problem you’re facing can be solved by carefully following FDA label requirement guidelines before uploading a custom label. Alternatively, you can also use one of our predesigned templates if you don’t want to design a label. We try to help as much as we can with our guide at https://intercom.help/dripshipper-help/en/articles/5812261-how-to-create-a-custom-label All labels must pass a Supplier Quality Assurance review. Ultimately, you should refer to the FDA for all up-to-date requirements. Accurate label design is imperative when you are introducing a new food product into the market and the suppliers review every label for their own internal compliance check. I paid for the store set up and WOW! If I had done this myself, it would have taken me weeks and it probably would not have been done. I didn't really want to pay for the set up but I am so glad I did. The brand logo was done for me and I couldn't find one I really liked on my own and I am also not artistic. They returned a logo on the first try that I really liked and I had tried AI for two days searching for a logo. I did provide a mock logo that I liked on AI but told them I didn't have rights to it and to redo it completely. They totally redid the logo and it didn't look anything like the provided one but did retain the elements that I was looking for. I recommend you to use the store set up if you choose to work with Dripshipper. Their services were awesome!
