I will change my review when they stop robbing people $2.75 per label check. Their label requirements are so buggy and confusing they will charge you $50 simply to approve one label for one product. They keep rejecting my labels without any direct guidance or explanation, oh yes. For guidance and explanation you please pay 500 a month or whatever it is. Not right way to run your business.

Alternatively, you can also use one of our predesigned templates if you don’t want to design a label. Ultimately, you should refer to the FDA for all up-to-date requirements. Accurate label design is imperative when you are introducing a new food product into the market and the suppliers review every label for their own internal compliance check. I paid for the store set up and WOW! If I had done this myself, it would have taken me weeks and it probably would not have been done. I didn't really want to pay for the set up but I am so glad I did. The brand logo was done for me and I couldn't find one I really liked on my own and I am also not artistic. They returned a logo on the first try that I really liked and I had tried AI for two days searching for a logo. I did provide a mock logo that I liked on AI but told them I didn't have rights to it and to redo it completely. They totally redid the logo and it didn't look anything like the provided one but did retain the elements that I was looking for. I recommend you to use the store set up if you choose to work with Dripshipper. Their services were awesome!

Tayyab from the Dripshipper web design team was incredible to work with. Within just a few hours of connecting, he completely transformed my Shopify store into something that looks like it belongs in a business feature magazine. The design is clean, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. My family and friends were blown away by how polished and impressive the site looks. I downloaded the app and selected the zoom meeting, in order to learn more about the app. I received 2 text message confirmations for the meeting, but the day of the scheduled zoom meeting no one showed up. I emailed support and didn't get a reply until 1 day later. I went onto their page again to learn how to use the app but I was disappointed once I realized they don't offer human support and are very difficult to contact. I signed up for the $99 package which I believe stated, that they would provide setup assistance, but I never received any. I was charged $99 yesterday 5/29/25 despite not even setting up anything yet. I have request my refund and am waiting to see how long it takes to receive a response. I like the idea of the app, but it needs to provide better support. I will be setting up my drop shipping services with a company that offers that human contact and prompt support.

This app is convenient, user friendly. The customer service I received from before signing up, then signed up to designing my logo and website has been great. Special shout outs to Aasiya, Haroon, Tayyab, and Raheel. Sorry if I missed anyone. Thanks for all the training information provided and I will be studying a lot.

Dripshipper app did use colors I asked for when I made my purchase. When I had issues and contacted them, they were able to answer my questions. The service I purchased was completed after I did have to prove I purchased the service; give screen shots, purchase amount, prove it was cleared through my bank as paid, and date ordered/paid in full to receive the service. I did have to follow up with the Dripshipper app team to get the service completed though.
