Very Great customer service and super helpful. love the fact that the price was very affordable, and they practically set your store, and everything so well laid out and they give you a ton of downloads to help with your social media with building a community. This is my third try at having a store. the first time was a golfing supply store and just couldn't get great shipping which people don't like so they don't buy. The second store I had was a general store which had various products of all kinds and still with the crappy shipping and cheap products so no one would buy because the shipping too long. This store is my third time, and I feel great about this one as the shipping is fast and I ordered coffee and will get it in 5 days and it's in the USA. I have used Dripshipper for a while and had plenty of orders come through, everyone loves the coffee and are regulars now. Super Fresh Coffee and Fast shipping. One time I had an order come through on Friday and the customer received it monday. Super fast if you ask me! The store is so automated I dont have to waste time inputting address on each order and submitting the tracking. Everything is automated and soon as I get order notification on shopify its already sent to Dripshipper and in processing. Thank you Dripshipper for setting the store up and getting me connected to social media and my suppliers.

I will add something more: Raheel is such a great help! He is polite, knowledgeable, and patient ... I enjoy working with him. I've been with Dropshipper for about three months now, and so far, so great! With Dropshipper, placing orders is headache-free. There are a couple of things that need improvement, but nothing should stop you from placing an order and having it delivered to the right place. Thanks, Dripshipper, for being there when I need help.

Dripshipper has been a wonderful experience. I never thought I could be an business owner. They made my dream come true. They even help build my shopify website. I couldn't ask for anything more. I would recommend them to anyone. Its definitely worth it!!

Dripshipper was a incredibly quick and easy process/set up that allowed me to start earning day one. Support is quick and helpful, while order fulfillments are just as speedy. I plan on opening more e commerce coffee businesses while using dripshipper as my sole drop ship company.

This service is so easy and convenient to get off the ground starting our own coffee store via dropshipping. The UI is nice and makes a lot of sense. Very intuitive. You can have custom labels for each coffee by specifying what coffee you want and then uploading the artwork. Just make sure to follow their guidelines. The prices are super generous and shipping is FREE within the US. Helps a lot. PLUS, their customer support team is one of the BEST we've encountered. They answered like 20 questions that we had to our satisfaction. We thought we might have annoyed them but they are polite, friendly, and professional. They even took some photos of the sample packs and K-Cups that they sell for us to see. And they provided us with resources to source our product descriptions from. We are so pumped up about this service and launching our own ecommerce coffee shop soon. Lifesaver and God Bless Them, their entire team!

I have been with Dripshipper for a little over a year now. My experience has been great so far. I even just had a technical issue with my Shopify store being disconnected with Dripshipper. I reached out to Dripshipper and it was fixed in minutes. So, the customer service is really good.

Dripshipper has definitely made it easier to run a business. This app connects us with two roasters to drop-ship coffee. Their support is good and helps with the business model. The coffee is good. I just think the delivery time can be a bit faster.

The coffee through Dripshipper is a good quality from their roasting vendors. The quality of customer service from the Dripshipper support team is extremely disappointing. The Dripshipper app for Shopify has several issues and their support team seem to be oblivious to addressing the issues and remedying the concerns provided by their customers (the Shopify store owner).

The customer support and service needs work. They constantly ask you to repeatedly.do things that don't work or resolve your issues. If more was done to investigate the root issues. I.e. invoices not showing paid my Customer issue could have been resolved weeks ago.
