The system is perfect. It would be helpful if you could further strengthen sales to overseas. I sincerely hope that you can make bulk orders overseas.
Thanks! That is something we want to do, just finding the right roasting partners overseas is the big challenge.

I love the app! But CUSTOMER SUPPORT is NOT GOOD. This hurts as a beginner in this line of business.

I just started to use this Dripshipper App & I'm hoping it will help me boost my sales. I have already had 4 orders for Coffee and I'm just hoping for a great product and is shipped in a timely manner. I'm looking for great thing's from the Dripshipper App.

Honestly pretty easy app that works easy and does what it says it does. The pricing is a bit steep especially since you have to pay the monthly fee too but if its just extra sales for your store how can you really complain. I ordered a bag to checkout the quality and the coffee was good and the packaging actually was amazing looking.

UPDATE: Heard back. At least got a substantive answer about the problems our customers having. There is so much potential here. I hope they can improve customer service; we want to stay with them because of the things they do well. ____________ The logistics are decent. What we give up in profit margin, we get back in services that allow us to focus on brand building and marketing. BUT... But, Dripshipper Team, your communication when there’s a problem or when one of our customers has a problem has been awful. Please, please, please start taking OUR customer service issues more seriously. I’m not going to go into the specific problems here, because I respect you, appreciate you, and want you to succeed. But go look at our recent chats and your responses. It’s as if you just don’t CARE what our customers are experiencing or how that might affect our brand. Your most recent reply was beyond apathetic. It’s clear u didn’t read our entire message. And this responding 24 hours later crap...we’ll, I just don’t see how we can have a successful long-term relationship without more serious interaction. I hope u see this and respond. I sure can’t get good answers or satisfaction through the app. Even so I gave u three stars instead of one, because you do many things well. The concern for me is that your customer service is MY weakest link.

It's really simple app with good features for business. Everything in a right place and you can adjust whatever you want.

My store is better because of Dripshipper. The customer service I received was prompt, friendly and helpful. I look forward to the ways in which I'll be able to utilize Dripshipper and make my store rich with possibilities because of this app. Thank you!

Well, they started off good - I've used it for 6 months, but don't count on the advertised "Ships Within 3 Days". The last few months it takes at least 10 days for them to process and then 3-4 days for the customer to receive. I've spent too much money promoting this bad service and am getting complaints. I'm looking for another coffee dropshipper. I don't even care if it's manual ordering - I'm at the computer or phone everyday anyway ON June 6th: On Thu, Jun 6, 2019 at 03:30 PM, "Customer service" wrote: I am sorry if you feel that we have wasted your year and money. Our production team is still trying hard to keep up with all the backed orders for several weeks of delay. DON'T EXPECT 3 DAY PROCESSING. "Uganda", "Burundi", "Honduras", "Rwanda", "Cameroon", "Bolivia", "Mexico" are discontinued at the moment until further notice. Kindly let us know which coffee should we substitute it with so we can process the order. Also, the main company is out of Timor, so They just might let you know they're out of that AFTER your customer orders it. This company has been a royal headache for a year and don't think for one second they care about you and how hard you've worked to promote THEIR business. There are other private label coffee companies out there. Don't be conned into thinking this one is turn-key ... It's NOT!
Thank you for your review. I also enjoyed our email discussion on how to better improve. It is true that 2 out of your 16 orders shipped after the 3 business day mark. We apologize for that and have put measures in place so it won't happen again.

I tried many dropshipping apps in the past and I must say, Dripshipper is hands down the best integration. You guys should offer more products!
