DropCommerce: US Dropshipping

First time online store owner, first orders, same day as orders come - shopify site crashes, orders won't sync...aaa... dropcommerce bot is trying to fix my issue but we are both not smart enough for this... then the owner sees our conversation (between bot and I), jumps in, fixes it on the spot, offers support anytime! Just WOW! I'm staying, already a fan, love when my problems are not just my problems! This level of customer service in virtual reality is a gold! Rare!!! I would love to recommend this app for anyone who wants to try dropshipping, well worth it!!! Happy shopper :)

I have been really impressed with the suppliers I have found on Drop Commerce. It is nice to find a platform with so many organic, handmade, artist-created, fair-trade options located in the US. I have had a couple of minor hiccups with orders, but their customer service is very responsive and supportive, and it really keeps things moving without any extra effort from my end. It is always so appreciated!

Great customer support experience, communication was excellent and my issue was resolved promptly. The app is easy to use, products looks to be of a high quality compared to some other drop shippers.

DropCommerce is a fantastic platform. It's intuitive, incredibly simple to use, and locating products to import directly into your Shopify store is very straightforward. They even have a pre-built store option that is very affordable as well. I went with this option to get my Shopify store up to speed as quickly as possible - and it looks great! Also I truly believe focusing on locally produced products from the United States and Canada is going to become increasingly important in ecommerce. Best of all DropCommerce have an incredible team (shoutout to Spencer, Karan and Maria) - the customer service is top notch - always quick, responsive and polite. If you are new to drop shipping and want to shorten the learning curve, I highly recommend DropCommerce!

I would highly recommend this app if you run a dropship store. especially in The US and Canada. Implementation was so easy and it worked great. We are based in Australia and Europe so I'm really hoping they will add more suppliers in our niche. Other than that pleasant app.

I rarely leave reviews, but DropCommerce deserves one. I’ve been in the e-commerce world on and off for years, and like many people, I nearly gave up on the dream after dealing with low-quality suppliers, overseas headaches, and marketplace saturation. What brought me back was discovering DropCommerce. First, the products actually fit my niche. I’m building a rugged, self-reliance, off-grid style brand, and finding North American suppliers with products like solar gear and practical items at reasonable prices is huge. Second, the founder and team actually care. I originally received a lifetime membership offer after explaining where I was at in my journey, and recently after filling out a survey, I had a real, genuine human conversation with the founder. Not automated. Not corporate fluff. Real people trying to help entrepreneurs succeed. That matters. I also appreciate that many products aren’t flooded onto Amazon and Walmart, which gives smaller brands a fighting chance without racing to the bottom on price. Is the platform perfect? No. Some parts of the interface could use modernization and smoother navigation. But I’ll take a company that genuinely cares, responds, and offers quality North American products over flashy nonsense any day. If you're serious about building a real brand and want an alternative to the usual overseas race-to-the-bottom suppliers, DropCommerce is absolutely worth looking at.

High quality product selection of stuff people would actually want and get value from. Then the next big surprise was realistic shipping times that customers can actually live with.
