Not being able to get the features working, and then feeling like you couldn't reach anyone when you needed help, is genuinely not the experience we want anyone to have. There's a chat inside the Atlas app where our AI can help troubleshoot right away, and you can reach our team by chat and email as well, but if that wasn't easy to find in the moment, that's on us to fix. On the billing: free trials can still run up usage charges, and depending on timing Shopify may not have processed the charge yet on their end.
