Stay away! Will crash when you need it most and Atlas will not respond. Store being down = Lost Revenue! And Atlas had the nerve to continue charging. Atlas creates great looking pages. Unfortunately, the thing we need most from Atlas is to have a working store that doesn't randomly crash, and fast support when something goes wrong. Randomly, my site has been down, I couldnt make fixes to my store because I was getting a "we are having trouble verifying your license" message from Atlas theme. I emailed Atlas support. No answer. I sent two messages through the support app. No response. But they kept right on charging me. Avoid at all costs - think of how much missed revenue and wasted Ad spend you could run into while Atlas doesnt think its worth getting back to its customer.

Great support and App! I'm able to build great looking pages and content in 5% of the time it would normally take. Will update on conversions once the site goes live! Edit - 24.11.2025 Be careful how you use the theme and AI Store builder. Just lost over $1000 of edits and 3 weeks of work due to false 'expert' advice. The Live theme and Store builder theme are not always the same... if one is linked and you delete it, you LOSE everything and have start from scratch again.

Hi Nova, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify how the billing works, the charge you saw was processed at the start of the new 30-day cycle, and the cancellation took place shortly after. Shopify bills all apps upfront for each billing period. Canceling stops future charges, but it doesn’t automatically refund unused days. Unfortunately, this system is managed entirely by Shopify, so it isn’t something we’re able to override on our end. Our team also sent you an email to help walk through everything and offer support in more detail. If you didn’t receive it, please let us know and we’ll resend it right away. We’re here to help however we can.

I have been trying to contact your team for 3 months by email and through normal support channels, but I haven’t received any response. For the past 3 months, you’ve been charging $49 from my account even though I haven’t used the app. On October 27, you charged another $49 again. I haven’t been using this app for months, yet the payments keep being deducted. Please resolve this issue and refund the charged amounts.

j'ai eut l'occasion d'avoir un humain derrière l'écran et c'était super. Mais depuis impossible on est face a une IA, qui nous sort un texte, qui coupe les conversations sans que le problème soit résolu, cela fait un mois que je ne peux pas avancer avec ce thème car j'ai besoin d'une personne qui m'aide pour résoudre les problème et a part cette IA et ces réponses automatique je n'ai rien. Et quand je dis je veux parler a un humain elle coupe la conversation, il faut reprndre depuis le début. Je me suis trompé sur le choix du thème , très déçu de atlas!!!!!

Subscription costs apply as long as the app is active on your store, even if it hasn’t been actively used. Once the app is removed, charges may still appear until Shopify’s billing cycle closes. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please reach out to Shopify Support for a billing review, or contact us directly and we’ll gladly guide you through it.

The customer has removed the app a long time ago, but still charges the customer monthly.

Because Shopify runs billing in two cycles, charges can still appear after an app is removed until the billing period closes. We don’t have the ability to change or control this. If you’d like, Shopify Support can review your billing history and ensure everything is correct. You can also contact us and we’ll be glad to help guide you through it.

They are trying to charge me after one month I uninstalled and I paid the month I usted it. They charged me today regardless I contact them to cancel this charge!! And for a month that it been uninstalled horrible

well i installed this app,is been a week the app doest work,i cant even open,i contact the support and no answer nobody care,for an app that charge all this money,i was aspecting a lot better,shame
