Same as others reported: Canceled subscription, still got charged. However, developers reached out after my negative review and were able to issue a refund, which is the right thing to do but still a step too many in what should've been a straightforward unsubscription, so I am fixing my review to 4 stars. They blame Shopify, so I hope they can work with Shopify to improve this undesirable setup for everyone.
Hey Galtastic, I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I’m Eddie, Head of Support at Atlas, and I take situations like this very seriously. I completely understand why this felt upsetting, especially if you canceled and were still seeing a charge pending in Shopify. That is not the experience we want anyone to have with Atlas. I do want to clarify one important part, because we understand this part of the billing process may not have been as clear as it should have been. Once an app invoice has already been generated through Shopify, we are not able to void or reverse that pending invoice from our side. What we can do, depending on the billing status, is either refund the charge once it goes through or issue app credits to offset the Atlas charge on your Shopify bill. That said, I would really appreciate the chance to personally look into this for you and help however I can. its really good but i might end up finding another one cause i gotta pay so much like can yall lower it atleast to like 10-20 something cause this a bit much then i might not have a problem but most people that just now starting and stuff and need a site now a good one may not have a lot of money to keep up with this we still have to grind and work hard and reach our goals first man to where okay we making lots of money we really got money now but we aint their we just started give us some time ill say give us a 3 month free trial atleast dont have to change the price

Ganz ehrlich – ich kann die App empfehlen. Man kann damit in kurzer Zeit einen hochwertigen Shop erstellen, der direkt einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck macht. Besonderer Pluspunkt: Der Support reagiert schnell und hilft, wo er kann. Der einzige Grund, warum ich keine fünf Sterne vergebe, ist, dass es noch ein paar kleine Baustellen gibt. Grundfunktionen wie eine bewegliche Announcement Bar oder automatisches Videoabspielen fehlen derzeit, aber ich bin sicher, dass diese mit zukünftigen Updates ergänzt werden. Kurz gesagt: Eine klare Empfehlung!
