Reading that it felt like a scam is tough, and I want you to know that is not the experience we want any merchant to have. Atlas billing is handled entirely through Shopify, which means cancellations and charges follow Shopify's billing system directly. If something wasn't clear about how that works, that's on us to explain better. I'd love the chance to look into what happened with your account and make it right.
