Im a super beginner and have tried to build out a store on my own but just got super frustrated with it. Atlas is a game changer! find a product and Atlas will do everything else! Highly recommend!

Ganz ehrlich – ich kann die App empfehlen. Man kann damit in kurzer Zeit einen hochwertigen Shop erstellen, der direkt einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck macht. Besonderer Pluspunkt: Der Support reagiert schnell und hilft, wo er kann. Der einzige Grund, warum ich keine fünf Sterne vergebe, ist, dass es noch ein paar kleine Baustellen gibt. Grundfunktionen wie eine bewegliche Announcement Bar oder automatisches Videoabspielen fehlen derzeit, aber ich bin sicher, dass diese mit zukünftigen Updates ergänzt werden. Kurz gesagt: Eine klare Empfehlung!

Very good software, had a few problems with design but Eddie who had an amazing experience of coding has helped me absolutely through every problem to solve it. Been a great experience having someone in the customer team who knows how to code to help me, thank you ;)

Hi Nova, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify how the billing works, the charge you saw was processed at the start of the new 30-day cycle, and the cancellation took place shortly after. Shopify bills all apps upfront for each billing period. Canceling stops future charges, but it doesn’t automatically refund unused days. Unfortunately, this system is managed entirely by Shopify, so it isn’t something we’re able to override on our end. Our team also sent you an email to help walk through everything and offer support in more detail. If you didn’t receive it, please let us know and we’ll resend it right away. We’re here to help however we can.
