So I already had a store and switching to a.i and had some issues not knowing how to do a few things and Chi and Eddie were absolutely amazing with help!

j'ai eut l'occasion d'avoir un humain derrière l'écran et c'était super. Mais depuis impossible on est face a une IA, qui nous sort un texte, qui coupe les conversations sans que le problème soit résolu, cela fait un mois que je ne peux pas avancer avec ce thème car j'ai besoin d'une personne qui m'aide pour résoudre les problème et a part cette IA et ces réponses automatique je n'ai rien. Et quand je dis je veux parler a un humain elle coupe la conversation, il faut reprndre depuis le début. Je me suis trompé sur le choix du thème , très déçu de atlas!!!!!

atlas support system is great . stayed with me every minuete to make sure my website was working correctly , would recommend and very nice !! definitely if you have a question or an issue there customer service is great

This is a great app that took my store from empty to ready to launch in several hours instead of several weeks. I can add custom sections just by prompting and the bundler feature saved a lot of money. This is by far the biggest labor saving tool in my arsenal as of now. It's a great scaffold, just be sure to go back and customize the elements it puts in there to really make it your own.
