Loving Atlas so far. great customer service and just overall awesome app. Easy to work with, great user interface.

The customer has removed the app a long time ago, but still charges the customer monthly.
Hi Caesar, thanks for your review. Just to clarify, all app charges are handled directly by Shopify. Because Shopify runs billing in two cycles, charges can still appear after an app is removed until the billing period closes. We don’t have the ability to change or control this. If you’d like, Shopify Support can review your billing history and ensure everything is correct. You can also contact us and we’ll be glad to help guide you through it.

I was having trouble setting up Reviews through a third-party app, and thankfully, I received outstanding support from Atlas agent Shahadat. He was incredibly patient and guided me through the process step by step. His assistance made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Atlas to others!
