We've been using Easify Product Options for a short time but our customers are really taking to being able to create their own bundle. It was SO easy to set up on our products. I then had an issue that Easify Product Options stopped another of our apps working. Hoa replied so fast and fixed it straight away. Thank you!

A game changer app that I couldn't recommend enough. We needed an app that could provide multiple bundle options, mix and match, and inventory control all at the same time. Tried heaps of other apps until we found Easify. I must say their app features are so powerful and work perfectly for our needs. The support from the dev team is impressive and second to none. They provided a solution to every question that I had and even customized the design for us on the product page, cart drawer and cart page to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Great app and even better customer support. Support was always available and even when their developers had to get involved so solve an issue they've fixed our issue within a day. Super helpful and reliable. Recommend this app over other bundle building apps for sure.

Installed this app today as I was looking for a seamless and better process for providing gift wrapping and offering a hand-written gift card with products and I spent several hours setting all of this up. It looked great and I was really impressed with the app however I discovered an issue with the app. By linking a product with required options as a custom product option in this app (such as a custom message to hand-write on a gift card), this app was allowing it to be added to cart with no message field populated so it was not honouring the adding to cart process and requesting that required fields are populated first. That itself wasn't really the issue though. It's an oversight by the app developers so I brought this to their attention only to spend 30+ ridiculously painful minutes of my life trying to explain what the issue was to a customer service rep who completely did not understand, grasp or get what I was saying - even with accompanying with screenshots and highlighting fields/problems. It was completely stupid and one big waste of my time. So I am leaving this review to warn others that this app will add products to cart without required fields set (if you are linking an actual product to a custom option) and if you need support, it is absolutely abysmal - don't waste your time! EDIT Since writing this 1 star review, I was followed up my a product manager who was much competent and understanding of my issue who worked with me to find a way to achieve what I was trying to do. We did identify an issue where you can't use non-product-linked custom options with products that are on discount however I believe that is one of the millions of bugs with Shopify itself rather than this app. I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review as a result of this follow up dealing with competent members of their team that worked with me to find a solution for our store. They also offered an extension to the trial as a result as well so great eventual service.

Extremely solid, quick and competent customer service and very unique options for variant customization at a fair price. No other app can do formula-backed price calculations except this one. I'll be switching my stores over to this, because this one app allows me to remove three (!) others on account of feature depth.

I'm using this app since march 2024, but I must say this is exactly what my store needed. Clear and simple set up; support is awesome, I wrote to them asking for a fix and the operator Hoa was really kind to us answering immediately and solving the issue in very few time. Switched to Easify from Bold Product Options and we could NOT be more impressed. We used the Premium version of Bold Product Options and it worked great for over a year. After being acquired by SC, the app became unusable and extremely slow. Easify has a much better UI, and is 1/3 the cost with even more options. Instantly syncs with our store and new options are loaded in no time. Very impressed and our only regret is not trying Easify sooner.

Very slow customer service. I am waiting two days now for support. Not acceptable. Options are a crucial part of a shop, and customer service must be faster in case of issues. If you offer your app worldwide, then you have to offer worldwide customer service as well.

not so good. i always have bug with my theme and easify. 1 year later I have try to re-install it because the live preview seems what I need, but the bug are consistent. They wont refund me. and they said the bug have been corrected but on my side is not. each day I have to explain the bug again and again and again. Finally I have asked for a refund, before my first 30 days...7 days later... no answer on that refund. I have uninstalled this app and will never ever again be downloading this app.

I had a big issue with them making me to uninstall the app, but they went above and beyond to fix the issue so they deserve a new chance. I highly recommend this app and their customer support.

I have now used 3 different apps for my store which is majority personalised gifts. I have just switched over to Easify and I love it. It is so user friendly - all of the glitches that drove me mad with the other apps have all been thought of by these developers. The templates are brilliant as a starting point too. I really cant fault it. I did need some assistance with one feature and Laura was excellent - she responded straight away and was keen to jump in and help me through it. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has a personalised gifts store.
