I'm very happy with the Easify Product Options app. It works really well and has been exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. I did run into a technical configuration issue, but Gabi was extremely helpful in resolving it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. Great app with amazing customer support! Easify has been a great solution for setting up all the customisation options for my jewellery products. I needed quite a complex setup with different metal colours, gold purities, stone types, carat sizes and other options, and the app gives me the flexibility to create the product experience I was looking for. The customer support has also been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance with the setup. There are so many options and features available, and once you get everything configured, it works really well. Highly recommend for anyone selling customisable products on Shopify!

Easify is really helpful for us to make our products more personalised. Although there were some confusion when learning to use it, the Easify Team, especially Drake, has been very helpful and quick in assisting us.
