Easify was very easy to use and has extensive documentation that is very accessible. I needed some help and Lin was great!

Great and quick support. Even with custom code, they were happy to help resolve issues. Customer service was friendly and professional. Lich took care of the back and forth and was quick and insightful with their responses.

I'm using this app across three shops. We have tried many, many different Variant Option applications, and there is not a single one that can do what this one can. It can be configured to match your shops' visuals without any support requests. It can calculate add-on prices according to a formula. It works with discount codes. In addition, the support is very responsive and even implemented a toggle for a new feature that was breaking my internal processes, within a day! I am extremely grateful to them and can wholeheartedly recommend Easify.

This app and its sister app "Easify Inventory Sync" helped solve a lot of problems that my store was facing. We are a made-to-order clothing brand and wanted to offer a lot of product page customisations, a process that we were handling through whatsapp dms. Easify Options completely solves all of our use-cases. There might be some issues that arise when you add customisation options, but the team really went above and beyond to solve each and every problem. Their FAQ and help page is pretty comprehensive as well.

I ran into a lot of problems with this app. The cart wouldn't remove variants, and it kept adding the first variant option in the cart when selecting multiple variant, which was frustrating. I set the increment value to 12 units, but some variant didn’t follow this setting and showed wrong quantity in the cart. After struggling to set everything up, I gave up and started looking for another app. There were just too many issues, and I felt like this app needs testing and improvement. Consider different app before installing this one.

For the solution you're seeking - allowing customers to select varying quantities for each Shopify variant - a Bulk Order app would be more suitable. Using our app for this purpose may have caused the issues you experienced, as it's not built to handle variant quantities in that way. WOW! The help I received in setting this up on my Shopify store was amazing. Lich was my contact at Easify....patient, quick and went the extra mile to hand-hold me on adding (testing) a personalization option on just one item. And I'm just testing the FREE app...but with help like this, I would have to look at an upgrade after reviewing sales of my new personalized item Thank you Lich, thank you Easify.
