Easify Custom Product Options

Very good functions and support, made changes in 5 minutes after writing a request through chat bubble.

We were on a tight deadline to get our website up and running and ran into an issue with some settings. Kendle and the Dev team figured it out quickly and fixed the bug without me having to do anything! Communication was 10/10. Support was 10/10. We're so glad we chose this app.

This app replaced about a half dozen others for me. I have products which are highly customizable, as well as the need for making kits from individual SKUs. This app handles both just fine. I was able to get it integrated into the look and feel of my site pretty quickly. The conditional rules are the best feature, allowing you to exclude certain combinations or show and hide stuff depending on earlier selections. Their support has been responsive thus far. You can use the custom HTML option to add iFrame videos. My only issue is that the image insertion method requires uploading a new file every time, instead of allowing images that are already in my media library via URL.

Ho iniziato ad usare da poco questa app e dopo averne provate altre sono molto soddisfatta di aver trovato credo quella giusta. Sono molto soddisfatta dell'assistenza Chloe,kendle e altri sono stati di grande aiuto, un ringraziamento particolare a Gavin che mi ha mandato un video molto chiaro e intuitivo su quello che cercavo. L'unica cosa che forse si potrebbe migliore che almeno all'inizio nella configurazione di un prodotto sarebbe un ottima idea parlare con la stessa persona .Grazie

great prompt service and fantastic app with great features

Just getting started with this app but the customer service 24/7 chat is unparalleled. I have tried other apps and when you have to wait for a return e-mail, everything takes way too long. My chat representative (Clove) went above and beyond. I wanted to see if their app could do what I needed and she quickly created a video of exactly what I wanted to accomplish. She then proceeded to send me another video with a step by step guide to create the same feature on my end. Also a huge plus is the app is a lot easier to use then others, with a big database of how to guides for the features they offer.
