J'adore cette application autant que le service client. Tout est fluide et agréable. Lorsque j'ai une question ou une demande particulière, il y a toujours quelqu'un de disponible dans la minute pour trouver des solutions pertinentes. Je suis assez casse tête et pointilleuse mais honnêtement je ne trouve rien à redire sur cette application qui me permets de mettre en lumière toutes les idées que j'ai en tête ! I had an issue with the cart total not updating on mobile version and the Easify team, particularly Celine and Clove, was outstanding in supporting me. Not only did they quickly resolve my compatibility issue, but they also customized the interface according to my needs, hiding elements I didn't want to display. What impressed me the most was their dedication: the development team worked actively on the cart issue, and even though it initially required more time, they remained transparent and available throughout the entire process. Celine was patient and answered all my questions, even those about how orders are displayed in the backend. Easify Options has become an essential app for my store and I couldn't be more satisfied with the support I received. A huge thank you to Celine, Clove, and the entire development team for their professionalism and dedication!

This plugin is incredibly useful, and the technical support team is a real gem. They respond very quickly, especially Clove—she's extremely professional and patient, providing me with detailed solutions that have been a huge help.

Using Easify on Shopify and it does exactly what I need. Support was great — Celine helped me quickly and clearly, so setup was easy. Definitely recommend.

First time needed help and on a Sunday and Lich was there straight away and guided me through sorting my problem. All sorted and knew exactly what to do. Would definitely recommend.
