I recently worked with the Easify team to resolve some issues with the Product Personalizer on our Shopify store (Ad Lunam Designs), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Anne documented everything carefully and escalated it to the dev team. Audrey and the technical team then went above and beyond — they resolved the live preview, cart drawer update, and mobile display issues all at once. Customer Service is awesome. They worked on my problem and resolved it in short order. They were also able to show me a setting I was overlooking. The user interface is pretty simple and intuitive. I can't wait to fully transition to this solution and leave my old options add-on in the dust! Oh yeah, can't believe what you get for a free subscription but I ended up opting for the $9.99/mo choice.
