Easify Custom Product Options

Easify is an excellent app and thay really follow through on their tech support!

Anne was incredibly helpful today. I am new to Easify and while it's pretty easy to use I was having trouble with setting up my product page hierarchy. After struggling for over 30 minutes, Anne offered to help and quickly made the change for me in a few minutes.

Easy to use

I had a small issue with the dropdown, contacted Easify on the online chat. Clove was very helpful and fixed the issue quickly.

The app is very user friendly and customisable. The team (shout out Tracy, Anne and Thomas) is amazing - they provide fast & considered chat responses & extremely prompt action on all requests. Very easy to work with, would recommend.

Great app so far. Just started using it today and Clove was able to help me fix an issue very quickly. I'll update this review if anything changes. :)

The app is great and is exactly what we needed for our many custom engraved options. It is easy to use and looks professional. The customer service is awesome! Alice and the development team easily helped me when I needed help with updating invoices.

So far so good. Affordable, did what I needed, and really quick customer Service. Hannie made some customizations for me realtime. This lets me add an optional item to a bundle without having to make a SKU for each option for with/without. Can make it so the added items show up as individual items, which helps me with multiple warehouse fulfillment. Real easy to use also.

Have used this app for a year and enjoy it. The support has been INCREDIBLE. I've asked really specific questions for a niche request and they have been able to help me problem solve wonderfully. Thank you Easify :)

if you do experience any technical issues, the support staff that I dealt with all responded quickly and were proffessional and polite in helping me get my issue resolved. Thanks both Suzy and Clove for assisting me and remaining proffesional and polite while I was feeling overwhelmed and irritated.

Customer service is out of this world. I have downloaded 6 different apps so far to get what I need and this app does it all in a very simple way, with easy instructions and great support. so impressed.
