Tracy was so helpful in setting up my store. I had made the decision to create my site myself after 18 months of my website not having all of the different options. Tracy sent me a video that explained everything, step by step. This app was a game changer!

From the very first message, she was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We explained what we were trying to achieve with keeping our product image and live preview visible while customers personalise their products, and Mari immediately understood the goal and took action. She quickly coordinated with the technical team, gained access, and ensured the solution could be applied across all of our option sets.
