At first I thought this was a good app, it was easy to set up and they quickly helped me add the customization option to my order confirmation emails which I needed to be displayed. However, when doing that, they deleted critical custom code I previously added and overrode my entire code for those order notification emails! There was absolutely no reason for them to touch other parts of my code. If they needed to adjust something, they should have asked me. Anyways, I reached out for help but they were slow to respond and did not revert my custom code back to normal correctly, rather they added their own version of my code somewhere else I could not access or edit so it looked bad and I couldn't even edit it. I reached out and we went back and forth a few times, but the code was still not displaying the way it did originally and they were taking a long time to respond. So, I had to uninstall this app and spend hours trying to fix the issue on my own. They did end up emailing me back apologizing and saying they fixed things on their end as well, which I appreciated. Maybe I will give it another chance in the future, but for now I will leave it uninstalled.
I have been charged after successfully unsubscribing snd uninstalling. I reached out to their "customer service " submitted everything they requested and they literally never responded back. Just left the chat not saying another word. How is this acceptable. I will be contacting Shopify about this experience. Unacceptable!!! And disappointing!!! Update: Easify customer service reached out to me personally to rectify the issue and provided me with an apology and a refund.
Great app, fully customizable for our add-on and bundle needs. We had an issue with the price not updating once selecting add-ons and I chatted with a rep who forwarded to their Dev team. Anne responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours without any further communication which was much appreciated. We love this app and how easy it is to use. Thanks again Anne & the Easify team!

We had been looking for a app to replace our dependency on the built-in variants. After looking through the Shopify App Store, we decided to test the Easify Custom Product Options. It was easy to setup, but unfortunately, we have an old store theme and some of the features of the app weren't working correctly. I had no hopes to be able to get it to work, but still decided to contact the Easify support. Anne in support was really quick to answer, and asked to be added as a collaborator to try and fix the issue. She soon escalated the issue to the dev team, which of course made me feel better that I wasn't just being dumb. A few hours later, I received an email about the issue having been resolved, and after testing, everything was working wonderfully. We are really happy with the app and Anne's support, this makes our lives so much easier, since we now don't need to maintain all our product variants with difficult pricing calculations, now everything is in a central place where if we change it there, it changes on all of the connected products. 10/10, would install again, thank you Anne!

i have ran into multiple issue whilst personalising and some of it i have been unable to do as its a back end problem, i have reached out to support witch replied immediately and got it all fixed and corrected, also helped me with different options to make my personalisation look even better
