The team is great!! Very responsive and helpful! I couldn't figure out how to set up the personalize viewer and they were so willing to help me! Liv was one of the agents that helped and responded to my requests! Thank you again! This app is worth the money!

So easy to set up a simple Text box for info collection on product page, which carries through to cart and Admin so everyone gets the info. The Help Chat was instant and not a bot but a real person. VERY very happy with this App. THANK YOU!

Mari was amazing. I spent way too much time trying to get a competitor to do what I thought were basic things (connect directly to products that get added to the cart, etc.) App definitely solved a lot of my problems and is mad cute as well.

By far one of the best apps I've used on Shopify. It's extremely user-friendly (I am a dumbhead with tech stuff and I found it easy). Also the fact that they have 24 hour service (responds within minutes) is easily the best part of it. They will solve a problem for you if you can't too and show you on a video how to figure things out. Perfect for small businesses!

Amazing support and customization! I am extremely happy with this app! I needed a specific customization to display wide image previews in my dropdown menu instead of standard text, and the support team went above and beyond to make it happen. The result looks professional and exactly like I wanted. A special thanks to Hannie for the outstanding assistance and quick communication. It's rare to find support this dedicated. Highly recommended!

Wow! I worked with Hannie to get this app up and running on my store, and couldn’t be more impressed. The Easify team has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into building robust customization features. After years of frustration with other personalization apps, I resorted to coding my own solutions - but this app truly has everything a custom shop needs and is easy to maintain - including enabling personalization options in the cart and on the product page, live preview capabilities, custom html, google fonts and more. Highly recommend for anyone serious about offering seamless, professional customization options in their store!
