We sell watch straps and needed a clean way to let customers choose between clasp finishes or buy the strap on its own. Easify Product Options handles it — image swatches, per-option pricing, conditional logic — without any theme surgery on our end. What actually made me write this is the support. Responses are almost immediate, and when I've needed a real code fix rather than a settings change, that's come back about as quickly. I've dealt with plenty of apps where a support ticket means waiting three days to find out whether something is possible. This has not been that. If you're evaluating options apps, the feature lists all look similar on paper. The difference shows up the first time something doesn't work the way you expected and you need someone to actually look at it. That's where this one has been strong for us.

I'm new to Easify but so far am enjoying using the app. It's simple to set up and get going with it. I had a technical query and the customer support from Lucy was quick and accurate. I was even provided with a personalised video to guide me. Highly recommend this app.
