I had some trouble with one of my option sets showing on a product, I spoke with Anne in the support team and she was able to help me get it up and running again quickly. I really appreciate the quick help provided, this app has made it so easy to offer customisable options on our site. Thank you

Esta aplicación le da mucho más formalidad a mi página. Por fin puedo tener la opción de que el cliente pueda elegir su frase sin tener que contestar mensajes de texto. Fue super sencillo instalarla y con los videos como guía no hay pierde. La recomiendo muchísimo. Y aparte es gratis!

Amazing program that is very easy to use. I love that there is videos for each step to show you how to navigate around the app so you have a visual way of learning. I also needed help with a few things so I contacted them through the chat and they were so quick to reply and fix the issue.

I have been looking for an easy to use but fully capable product customizer for at least 2 years. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on other tools just to find out they were all hype, had very limited options, did not work at all, not compatible with my Shopify Ultra Theme, and so on. When I have had questions or issues with Easify Custom Product Options, the team there has been kind and have addressed all of my concerns within 24 hours or less (usefully less!). I am very pleased with the look and feel of the custom product builder that now allows my customers to self-serve instead of emails or messages back and forth, which has taken up most of my time. This tool will allow me to offer my products in a more streamlined form and my customers to get the experience they expect. Great job Easify team!

Needed an easy solution for adding options that ties to our SKU in Netsuite, a lot of other apps only allowed options within Shopify, With some work with the Development team, they made it easy to work with and absolutely easy to do! Thank you.

This is such a great app for providing a highly customized experience for customers. Everything is relatively easy to set up, and the help guides are great when you are confused. Hannie in customer service is very prompt to answer any questions and help solve issues as well. I could not run my shop without Easify!

I’ve had a great experience using Easify as an add-on for Shopify. It’s user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with my store. I did run into an error I couldn’t resolve on my own, but Suzy from customer service was incredibly helpful—she responded quickly, walked me through the issue, and made sure everything was working perfectly.
