Tracy was so helpful in setting up my store. I had made the decision to create my site myself after 18 months of my website not having all of the different options. Tracy sent me a video that explained everything, step by step. This app was a game changer!

Outstanding support and a genuinely great experience with Easify Options. Mari from the Easify Support Team was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very first message, she was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We explained what we were trying to achieve with keeping our product image and live preview visible while customers personalise their products, and Mari immediately understood the goal and took action. She quickly coordinated with the technical team, gained access, and ensured the solution could be applied across all of our option sets. Communication was clear, turnaround was fast, and the entire process was seamless. Support like this makes a real difference when running a busy Shopify store. So far, it's pretty good! Customer Service is actually pretty great; Tracy was patient and responsive, and gave a clear visual as to what my issue was, and how to fix it.

I swapped to this app from another one specifically for my customers to be able to add engraving details and I'm super happy with it. Not only is it a better service than what I was using before but the assistance I have had by the creators of the app in some very specific issues to our case has been incredibly helpful. I would like to sincerely thank Liv, Kat, and Mari from the Easify support team for their outstanding support. Each of them has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my setup process. Kat and Mari went the extra mile by providing Loom video tutorials, which made understanding the setup much easier and saved me a lot of time. Their step-by-step guidance was clear, practical, and extremely effective, especially for the more complex logic conditions. Liv was also very responsive and supportive, ensuring that my questions were addressed. Thanks to their dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to resolve my issues efficiently.
