I am a small business from India, we make products out of fabric waste. I have never seen this kind of support and understanding from any other product maker till now. The support was amazing, they go out of the way to help. I uninstalled the app the first time, thinking it was bad. But, they made me come back and I will be using them for all my custom orders. I tried out several apps, but this one was the most user friendly and looked the best out of the box. The setup is pretty straightforward to configure. I ran into some challenges with getting it live on my site, but Hoa responded to my support request quickly and we were up and running within just a couple of days.

Best chat support from HOA ever! My problem was solved in less than 60 seconds, and I'm not a techie at all. I'm a non-profit volunteer trying to build a site on a shoe string. I was so grateful to find this app, and I was blown away by the quick, helpful customer service!!!

After a bit of learning, I was able to do quite a lot of cool things with different products and changes that auto-populate throughout the store. When I did have a question, I reached out to customer support late one night and they responded immediately and had solved my issue in less than an hour. Definitely appreciate them!

I've installed this and had it less than 30 seconds and already it's saved me a TON of work. Hoang popped up in the built in live chat to check in when I was circling the same page repeatedly, so it's good to know there's someone to help if you need it. Shout out to Zoe in the Communities for providing information about this app when I was ready to commit to following someone's coding instructions.
