not every app is for everyone, i could work out it myself i'm not the tech expert. but one thing i loved was the support team help in getting my refund back which was charged. love the support i will definitely try to come back once i learn more about the app and how to work it out thanks again

Hello, I did not use your application last time except for 24 hours and then I deleted it. Why was the amount of $19.95 charged on the previous bill? Knowing that you have a trial period? I want a refund please, I had to download the application again to be able to talk to you, yet there is no customer service unless you subscribe to a paid plan, and this is not good. You already have a problem in the first place; an individual cannot permanently log out of any old company's accounts they used to work for. This means that you are unprofessional, and this issue causes problems for many brands that change their course due to technical problems, just like what happened to me.
