Dear Easy ad i had install an app for trial period but by mistake i uninstal just one day later, i have not used the app at all even after that so please can you refund my money back

Kindly note that you are charged for your third-party apps by Shopify, which is why your charge is added to a Shopify bill, not a separate bill. We do not have any access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you. We can however approve refunds or charge reversals from our end. If you reached out to us before leaving your review, you’ll learn that we grant charge reversals and approve refunds without issues. I follow the steps and watch videos and I kept having errors. I spent 2hrs trying to get everything set. I reach out to the chat support and no one was available to chat with me. when I sent out the email, the message says someone would get back to me with no time frame. I would like for someone to reach at to me and help me on setting up or even schedule a meeting. other than that, I do not recommend this app.

Also, please note that Easy Ads for Facebook Ads is a Meta Badged Meta Ad Technology Partner. This means that the app reflects your Business Manager setup, and if it's incorrect, you won't be able to proceed. Please note that having your Business Manager set up correctly is a prerequisite to using the app; it is not a feature or a service that is included in your plan. However, we do offer remote desk sessions to all users to help them with their setup and we'll be more than happy to do the same for you. Loved the support. Easy to use and I hope to get good results from this. Its a good app if you are a beginner and need to showcase your products to the cutomers without any hassle.

I'm on Day Two of my Easy Ads trial, and so far I'm very impressed. The app makes it super simple to launch a campaign that seems reasonable. I was a bit worried about the performance of the campaign after day 1, since it wasn't as good as other campaigns I've set up myself manually in the past. I reached out to customer support and Maria was very quick to answer my questions, and provide guidance. We'll see how the campaign performs going forward but, so far, I can't recommend this app enough.

Le principe est génial, c'est un peu difficile à installer au début mais le support client est très réactif et très aidant. J'ai déjà effectué ma première vente grâce à la pub en deux jours. J'ai hâte de voir jusqu'où cela pourra me mener.

Used for 4 months, never got to 1% click-thru-rate, never made a single sale. Money, effort & time was wasted.

Users who have these prerequisites generate sales within the first 7 days of having the app installed. Simply launching an ad does not mean you will automatically get sales. When you first started using our app and requested feedback, as a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we provided you with a full list of recommendations to help you improve your CTR and conversion rate on your website. The second time you used our app, we asked for feedback before getting started with your funnel which you have not. In your email, you'll find an email from us with a full analysis of your website showing the areas that require fixes and improvement. I was having trouble defining my adds ,as not expertise in this domain, the support team was very helpful and took the time to do it for me, especially Maria, she was very helpful and professional enough to get it sorted. It is a good app. However, to grow your business with this app, you will need to research who you want to target. Also, more instructional videos on how to use the app should be created.

The app actually works fine for saving you time in creating Facebook (Meta) ads. If you don't know how Facebook Ads are created or campaigns are handled, then this saves you a lot of hassle. Now about actual leads and conversion, it's a matter of quality of your products and targeting the right audience.

Easy to make ads and integrate with your products. However, I got zero conversions in one month. I would get at least 2-3 per week with my own ads. Their audit told me to narrow my audience. So I did, and then my ads weren't shown for an entire week. The app doesn't even notify you. I asked why and they told me I needed to broaden my audience. The audit didn't mention my ad copy, then they told me "of course" the ad copy would be mistaken for spam. Not helpful and the tone they use is not friendly. Not recommended.

We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.
