Kindly note that the plan you signed up for has one funnel (campaign) with multiple funnel stages (ad sets), the funnel uses ABO, which means the budget is optimized by Meta; it decides which ad set it spends the budget on. It is normal for some ad sets to not spend initially as that is the purpose of ABO; better usage of your budget. The CPC (Cost per click) is higher because the campaign optimizes for conversions, not traffic. Also, please note that the audience you choose to target plays a part in your CPC, so if you target a highly competitive market such as the US (Which is the target location you set), you will, of course, get a higher CPC since you are bidding against tens of thousands of other advertisers with higher budgets, targeting the same audience. Our support team operates on a 9-5 Mon-Friday schedule, we do not offer 24/7 support at the moment. This is also mentioned in our pricing plans. Please note that it is not a courtesy to include live chat support in all pricing plans, it is reserved for the highest plans starting at $99. When you first started using our app and requested feedback, as a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we provided you with a full list of recommendations to help you improve your CTR and conversion rate on your website. The second time you used our app, we asked for feedback before getting started with your funnel which you have not. In your email, you'll find an email from us with a full analysis of your website showing the areas that require fixes and improvement. Easy Ads for Facebook Ads runs ads that redirect to your website product page. Which is why having a proven product and product page is required. As a Meta Badged Professional Media Buyer, we tried to explain to you that in order to get results from the app, verifying that your website is fit for ads and your products have a proven market fit is required to use our app. We also requested on several occasions that you share with us a screenshot of your Shopify bill to proceed with a charge reversal and even offered to provide you with a refund on the budget you spent on ads ($30 USD). We didn't hear back from you again. Please note that our offer still stands, and as a Meta Badged Professional Media Buyer, we, unfortunately, cannot recommend you run ads for your website until you work on improving your website's UI and load speed.
