Majority of products that I sell in my online shop is digital. I had been using other app for a few years and I was looking for an app that's more advance. This app is perfect. The interface is amazing and the customer service is amazing!!!

I've just been using this app for a couple of days since transfering my store from Squarespace to Shopify and I'm really pleased with it so far. Axel is quick to respond on email and so far I've had no issues reported from my customers. Easy and straight forward :)

Much faster than the other digital download apps I've tried. I'm very impressed with the continued updates from the developer and improvements constantly coming out.

Elegant easy to setup and use app which delivers a range of eBooks faultlessly. The support is outstanding - quick and painstaking (immediate response on a Sunday evening!!) Highly recommended. Been using this app for a couple years now on two different sites. Support is also awesome - on a Sunday morning (UK time) the support response was 5 minutes after emailing them, and the problem was sorted immediately based on their advice! Outstanding!

So far so good! We ran into a little problem creating an email template but Axel was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. Great customer service and user-friendly app!

The app is exactly what it's said to be - "easy". Very convenient interface and settings, something that I was missing with other apps. Customer service is second to none. Axel is super responsive and answered in minutes when we had an issue - fixing everything very quickly. Customer service is not so important until it's important - and then you are grateful when it's good. <3

My shop specifically deals with digital downloads, I needed something 100% reliable for me a) to be able to upload files easily and more importantly b) for my customers to be able to receive their download instantly without glitch and this has been absolutely the perfect solution.

I'm not big on adding paid apps to my store, but I have found a tremendous amount of value in this app. I am able to send license keys without a file attachment and use my custom license keys. Setup took about 10 minutes total. I've contacted support and the developer has been very responsive.

Axel if fantastic, so far everything we needed to be implemented he has done. At times, him and his team has even made improvements on the suggestions we provided. He goes above and beyond for his clients. We are satisfied and continue to work with him to bring improvements for our use-purpose. We highly recommend anyone that maybe interested in doing digital goods to try Easy Digital Products and reach out to their support for any ideas or questions. This app is wonderful! It is the magic that I needed. It was so easy to set up and Axel has provided amazing support. I am not techy so I needed some help with the download button and he jumped it and made it happen within minutes of my request. Thank you for creating such an amazing app.

I can really recommend this app. Easy to understand and fantastic support. I had a little bit of trouble adding a line of code and Alex immediately helped me out. He even helped me translate a text into Swedish. Love it!
