This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I tried out SendOwl and it was a complete disaster. Easy Digital Products however is perfect. Strong and reliable feature set and a great interface. Highly recommend!

Majority of products that I sell in my online shop is digital. I had been using other app for a few years and I was looking for an app that's more advance. This app is perfect. The interface is amazing and the customer service is amazing!!!

I've just been using this app for a couple of days since transfering my store from Squarespace to Shopify and I'm really pleased with it so far. Axel is quick to respond on email and so far I've had no issues reported from my customers. Easy and straight forward :)

Elegant easy to setup and use app which delivers a range of eBooks faultlessly. The support is outstanding - quick and painstaking (immediate response on a Sunday evening!!) Highly recommended. Been using this app for a couple years now on two different sites. Support is also awesome - on a Sunday morning (UK time) the support response was 5 minutes after emailing them, and the problem was sorted immediately based on their advice! Outstanding!

Some customers are having download issues. The app doesn't send the download correctly and I have to send to customers manually.
- EDITED ON February 15th, 2021 - The issue described here was due to the fact that your customers downloaded the files through Instagram stories and with a very basic browser that didn't support the downloads. Despite that, I found a workaround and the issue is now fixed. ORIGINAL ANSWER BELOW : As I explained in our email conversation, this issue was due to the fact that your customers are accessing your website through Instagram stories. The browser on Instagram is a very simplified one with limited features that does not properly support downloads. But still, I have found a workaround for this point and it is part of v2.7.2 published today for the app. My number one priority being customer satisfaction, I really hope this fix will change your mind on this review!
So far so good! We ran into a little problem creating an email template but Axel was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. Great customer service and user-friendly app!

The app is exactly what it's said to be - "easy". Very convenient interface and settings, something that I was missing with other apps. Customer service is second to none. Axel is super responsive and answered in minutes when we had an issue - fixing everything very quickly. Customer service is not so important until it's important - and then you are grateful when it's good. <3

My shop specifically deals with digital downloads, I needed something 100% reliable for me a) to be able to upload files easily and more importantly b) for my customers to be able to receive their download instantly without glitch and this has been absolutely the perfect solution.

I'm not big on adding paid apps to my store, but I have found a tremendous amount of value in this app. I am able to send license keys without a file attachment and use my custom license keys. Setup took about 10 minutes total. I've contacted support and the developer has been very responsive.

I am using this app because I have digital products but all linked on my website via private links. I have courses I sell and instead of wanting to attach a pdf I wanted to give those that purchased access to my course and or information via a private link. This app has helped me do this easily. its soo simple to use and as soon as someone pays the download link takes them to the private link, which has been great for me. Thank you I highly recommend this especially if you just want to send links to people vs a pdf download, but the app is also able to do this too.

Axel if fantastic, so far everything we needed to be implemented he has done. At times, him and his team has even made improvements on the suggestions we provided.
