We running a company and it cant be giving us errors the drivers cant log on to the app please sort this out

This app is amazing! It's greatly simplified order management for us in this first week of use; I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's helped us minimize errors and save time.Things like being able to activate more seats on busier days and being charged proportionally are fantastic. And the support is extraordinary.

I wish all apps and companies were as great as Easy Routes. This app has been a game changer for our business. We love that they are constantly working on improvements, have affordable rates, and their team is there if we need them. When I first reached out the head guy walked us through everything. Can't say enough great things about the app and company.

App Crashed No IP address connection, adjusted review. Issue resolved but only after negative review. No way to contact support directly and that is really the major issue. Can understand an issue with servers but never with service.

With domain or DNS issues it can feel like a bit of a chicken-and-egg — you likely couldn’t access our help portal either, which I understand was frustrating. Since we installed the app about two months ago we had nothing but great expirience both in app use and customer support. We use this app for assigning drivers with task be it a pick up or delivery and building routes. Our customers really appreciated the live tracking feature that makes our deliveries more convinient for them. Also, the support team is outstanding and prompt on help. Highly recommend this app.
