So far so good! I did most of my own onboarding, as I like to figure things out for myself, but there were a couple tweaks that Faizan helped me with that were great. Love all the online help and knowing I can start a chat if I have questions.

Very professional team, Especially Aditi Verma helped me a lot in my price synchronization which used to be a mess for me to reconcile my QBO & Shopify.

Prerit helped us integrate Webgility in with Quickbooks online which we switched to from Desktop. He did a great job, answered all questions and had us back up and running with our order management promptly.

For nearly 2 years, I have been using Webgility to connect my Shopify and QBO. Today I had an issue with my inventory syncing. I tried all the fixes Webgility recommends on their support pages without any luck. Asked Webgility for a Zoom to figure out a solution -- they were successful. Pleased with the service and outcome.

We just launched our store and needed an easy, yet comprehensive connection between Shopify and QBO. Webgility has been great, the system is very intuitive, but they reach out to help you and give you an on-boarding. I have also used their chat, very helpful. The system is exactly what we need, it tracks inventory, customers, and is very easy to use.

The Webgility team provides amazing customer service! They take the time to listen to our brand's needs, walk us through the implementation process, and give us directions on any changes we need to make to ensure everything works properly. They are also very flexible on when they are able to set up a call with us.

The benefit of using Webgility is effciency. Bringing in thousands of low dollar retail transactions basically seamlessly into QuickBooks is essential to running the business. I would like the loading of data to be quicker as QuickBooks is not accessible while it is running. I am excited to learn that I can expand my current stores to other platforms. As I am a new user, the tech support that I have received in the last month has kept us up and running! Thank you, Faizan!

We have just started using Webgility with our QBO but there is one feature we are really pleased with. As most of our orders are custom and we do not post inventory to our QB, the ability to map manually is a game changer. Excited to see what other features help keep our bookkeeping simplified!

Webgility has handled our stores orders so well that you don't have pay any attention to it most of the time. If there is an issue or we need help changing settings customer service is always available and handles everything quickly.
