The Webgility tech support is always very helpful, and the service is fantastic for transferring all of our Shopify data into Quickbooks!

Webgility is very helpful app to sync inventory Quickboods and shopify and other sales channel like Amazon Ebay. Also customer support is extremly kind and helpful.

Game Changer !! We used to manually add all of our orders into Quickbooks and mistakes were made and it was time consuming. With Webgility we have time to work on our business and not do data entry. We have had a few issues with configuration but Nikhlesh our support person is excellent and has resolved any issues we have had !!

Everyone at Webgility has always been so pleasant and helpful! It was a big challenge to restart our ecommerce shop in the beginning of the pandemic last year, but Webgility kept at it and got it going. Lately, any issues have been quick and easy to solve. Today, Aurn updated the software and our database and posted some orders that hadn't made it to our QB POS for some reason. Thanks so much Arun and Webgility!

Support using the app and the online assistance was prefect! Had dropped connectivity after Webgility update to 8.2. Assisted with resatring all services. Could not be more happy with the results. We currently use Shopify, Webgility and sync all trasnactions with QuickBooks Point of Sale.

This is going to make life so much easier once I have my items mapped. I do think that the mapping feature needs a little change to enable you to search fields that would make it easier ! Other than that the software is great. Tech support is awesome

The price is very misleading. IT'S NOT $49 IT'S $249 MINIMUM A MONTH FOR QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP. This is not honest.

We've adjusted the pricing shown on this app listing to more-accurately reflect the desktop offering and explicitly call out the online option. Webgility is incredibly robust, offering customers online and desktop options. Listing the online packages here is meant to inform those who happen to land on this listing, but are looking for a cloud-based application, that there are online options. Apologies for the confusion.

The app works once it is set up but could be more user friendly during set up. Its a little cumbersome for average users.

Webgility has been a great help in automating our sales order and Quickbooks accounting processes. The integration team gave us all the time we needed and ensured our success. Most importantly, Swapna, our technical support person has been very responsive and most helpful with quick responses and deep knowledge of the application.

I love this app! It integrates well with Quickbooks POS and has streamlined selling online so easily. The Customer Service is WONDERFUL! Swapna was incredibly helpful in particular. She took them time to help my solve my issues and was very patient and kind.

I use Webgility to sync my Quickbooks Desktop POS and my Shopify store. The product has many features, but some I do not need or do not have experience with. I have struggled a bit to sync my products, but today Smita Sharma helped me tremendously. She gave me many great insights, and made me much more confident in what steps to take. AND, of course I know she and the other staff are always just a phone call away. Smita gets FIVE stars.

Having little knowledge about computers. The Rep handeled my problem very easy for me. We love how shopify and quickbooks work to make the process easy to use.

Excellent service at all times. Never feel left without support. Program works as described and is a huge help to our sales order process. Integrates smoothly with Quickbooks, making our process seamless. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the app, its helped me saved time. We had some issues initially setting up but they were very responsive and diligent in solving the issue which is rare (most software companies are aggressive in sales but then a nightmare in tech support) Webgility so far has exceeded my expectations, would recommend 100%
