Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I am using Quickbooks Enterprise and was unable to connect to my Webgibility but received assistance from Smita and she was amazing. Best help I have received in a very long time.

testing this app versus THUB. Don't have quite enough experience yet but i can say their support is awesome. very easy to get a hold of someone and easy to resolve issue as they can do a remote login. so far so good!

I use this with QB online. My system is pretty complex and Webgility has helped me automate accounting with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Ebay etc.

This app has saved me a great amount of time. And the customer service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend this program to link your shopify stores to Quickbooks Desktop!

Update: 1/5/2023 After a frustrating start to getting a significant issue resolved, Mudasir stepped in to help decipher why data was being overwritten. His magic touch resulted in not only the problem getting solved, but set the stage for making sure it doesn't resurface. My most recent interaction with Nehal provided insight into why an unexpected inventory issue occurred, and gave me the added understanding that it was not likely to be an ongoing issue. The Webgility connection between Shopify and Quickbooks is stable, and the support team does a great job.

I used Webgility as the third party to link the inventory of QuickBooks and Shopify. It works so accurately. Also, the technical support is so helpful, especially Nehal Singh. He spent over 3 hrs with me to help me fix the issue of inventory synchronized and he's really patient with all my questions. I highly recommend everyone to use Webgility.

Himanshu is the best!!!! Worked with me to insure our problem was resolved. He has been very honest and made sure that he helped me to solve all the issues we had while onboarding the webgility app. The application has made it so easy to import my financial information into Quickbooks from Shopify. Webgility is a definate must have for a Shopify store.

Himanshu Patel was an awesome help!!!! He went above and beyond in helping with an integration issue and then helped with a settings problem to post Shipping charges in Quick Books. He was patient and very friendly!!!!!

Overall this has been a great link between quickbooks, our website and amazon. Like any software there are challenges, but the team has been very responsive and helpful in those rare occurences. Again needed some support moving to enterprise. Arun was great and very detailed in making sure we were taken care of!

Webgility Desktop Sync is an AWESOME app, we cannot imagine running our Shopify store without it. The support has been incredible, with teams being available whenever we need to help us troubleshoot and fix any issues we have. Nikhlesh Verma worked with us outside of normal support hours to resolve a problem, and was amazing to work with. We highly recommend Webgility for anyone who uses Quickbooks!
