I used the app to help resolve the inventory syncing issues between our brick & mortar store and our Shopify store. The experience is great and so is the customer service. We use Quickbooks POS for our retail store and the integration has worked perfectly. We highly recommend Webgility.

Chandra was very helpful in fixing a small issue I had with Webgility. The Webgility software saves me hours of time by connecting my Shopify store to my Quickbooks for inventory.

Kanishk Sahu from webgility support was very helpful in resoling the desktop sync. Help was on the way fast an it got resolved quickly.

Nikhlesh helped me with using a new platform (faire.com) to import orders into unify then QuickBooks POS. He used trial and error and figured it out very quickly for me! I am so grateful because this will save me a lot of time! :)

Webgility is a useful bridge between shopify and quickbooks and as a small company we've found the service useful. It may need certain per-requsites to function to its fullest - so do check on that. The company's biggest asset is their staff and the ability to reach and speak with them. I've had very helpful experiences and my recent call with Chandra Shekhar enormously helped me as we were taking some new steps within the company and with Shopify. Shekhar helped tweak things within Webglity to offer the outcome I needed. Thanks. Abbi

Himanshu was very patient and helpful and helped re-install this app for me. I am very grateful for his help with this app. I just installed it a few days ago and am anxious to get started. We posted orders into Quick Books fine.
