Webgility is a useful bridge between shopify and quickbooks and as a small company we've found the service useful. It may need certain per-requsites to function to its fullest - so do check on that. The company's biggest asset is their staff and the ability to reach and speak with them. I've had very helpful experiences and my recent call with Chandra Shekhar enormously helped me as we were taking some new steps within the company and with Shopify. There is no perfect solution for every single company and their various applications, but this program is constantly updating to meet the changing ecommerce landscape. We use Webgility across several ecommerce channels to integrate with our QuickBooks. Their technical support is excellent. I have very specific requirements to keep our inventory levels accurate and have seen the developers create special plugins to try to meet my company's requirements. The tech support alone is worth the money.
