I use this app to sync my QuickBooks POS to my online store. The customer service is very good. Nikhlesh was extremely helpful when I had a syncing issue due to my special use case. It's a powerful program that can be used in a number of ways. I highly recommend it!

There is no perfect solution for every single company and their various applications, but this program is constantly updating to meet the changing ecommerce landscape. We use Webgility across several ecommerce channels to integrate with our QuickBooks. Their technical support is excellent. I have very specific requirements to keep our inventory levels accurate and have seen the developers create special plugins to try to meet my company's requirements. The tech support alone is worth the money.

Do not Buy Desktop version Always glitches. Program Stops its own and not sync hours and hours ..Engineer team needs to work on it. Technical Support response so late they are in INDIA

The Webgility support team has been extremely helpful every time I have had to reach out to them. My most recent experience was working with Nikhlesh. He was very helpful in resolving my issue with syncing Shopify with Webgility and Quickbooks. Niklesh was very pleasant to deal with and took the necessary time to make sure I understood how to use the program and resolve any future issues. I really appreciate his excellent customer service.

So Far, so good! We are currently working on a rather complicated integration and Palash and the crew over at Webgility have been great. Looking forward to completing the implementation and getting everything running. The Amazon, Shopify, and 3dCart integration have been easy and seemless. Everything has been sync'ing up and passing data very well.

I'm looking forward to having this app set up completed and seeing it in action. There was some pressure to rate the app before the implementation was complete so I originally rated it as a 4 pending completion. I'm now revising that to a 3 because of issues with communication from the implementation team. We are very close to completion, but after completing a step as instructed the progress has now been stopped for over ten days.

Let's just say that accounting is not my forte. I am a jewelry designer with an CPA husband. He manages all of the accounting and I hand the creative side of the business. We originally reached out to webgility to streamline the inventory flow from QB to my Shopify store. They have essentially effectively built that bridge. I had a few posting issues when I processed returns, and also because I created some new sites for my inventory in QB. Nehal Singhnspent over an hour on the phone with me making sure that all of my transactions were posting correctly. He also trouble shot to confirm that what he had done was posting correctly. I'm incredibly happy with the app and the support associated with it.

I was impressed with the time and effort that Virendra with Webgility took with me to set up the inventory sync with Quick Books POS. This was not something that was DIY. We are now updating Shopify from QBPOS.

Himanshu helped me get my orders transferred from my shopify store and to Quick Books. Our antivirus software was blocking the scheduler. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also worked our anti virus software to help prevent this happening again. So appreciate his help and patience in working with me!
