I used this app to help me troubleshoot transferring products from QB to Webgility. I was able to figure out the issues and learn more about the product. The troubleshooting was successful.

The customer support is wonderful. They walk you through the set up, process, and help you with every step along the way. Anytime I have a question, they make sure I really understand how to solve the problem. Today, Vinayak, worked with me and stayed on the line to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing when I had to be back on my own. I am very impressed with this company.

Webgility has been helpful in saving me time from having to manually enter Shopify and Amazon sales data. Initially I wanted to save some money and do it myself instead of paying for a third-party to do it but at some point, it just became too much and I was falling behind reconciling transactions. And their customer service/technical support as been super helpful when I've had problems--and almost always because I didn't understand something not because the program wasn't working properly. I haven't tried other apps so don't have a point of comparison but I am happy with this one and would definitely recommend.

I had a few issues to address prior to the launch of our new web platform and reached out to Webgility support. I had a great experience with Nikhlesh he guided me through these issues with ease and provided helpful tips on how to remedy any potential issues in the future. Great customer service and support!

Mudasir Zahoor has been extremely helpful and friendly. He quickly fixed what settings were not correct and made necessary changes. He also took time to show me & explain what settings needed to be set in order for my stores inventory and sales to populate properly. He is an asset to your company! Thank you, Mudasir!

I use Webgility to communicate between QB & our Shopify store which help to manage our inventory and all our orders in Quickbooks. This is a brilliant program and their support matches it!

Vinayak was super helpful in helping us when we lost our Amazon connection. He stayed on the phone while we tried different things until we were back in business! Its great being able to call and speak with someone via phone for support!

The customer service team has always been fantastic. They are truly knowledgeable in their product, as well as quickbooks, Shopify and Amazon (at least that's what I'm using Webgility for). In particular Nikhlesh was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great company.
