Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

This is a robust program with far more bells and whistles then you probably ever need or use. From the time Webgility was installed, the software never performed properly. The scheduler continually would freeze our company QuickBooks File and not allow other users to then login. We updated our version of QuickBooks, rebuilt our company file, moved computers, contacted level 2 support and nothing worked. Ultimately Webgility put in a ticket to Intuit because they could not deliver a solution. In the end, we had the software shut down for a month until we found a better, simpler solution called Connex which I would highly recommend over Webgility.

Nikhlesh is the best!!! He answered everything I needed and was so patient and helpful. We were having issues the way our tax was being imported and he managed to clear everything up as well as some item importing. Their customer service is excellent. The tool requires some set up, there are so many settings that it is best to work with support, but we have been using webgility for years now and everytime I work with support our importing gets better and better. Thank you Nikhlesh!!

Although we are just getting started with Webgility and Shopify, we are excited at its possibilities. So far so good and the support has been professional, friendly and excellent. We look forwarding to getting up and running and able to do all of this on our own.

I use this app with our Shopify site, Kanishk helped me to get our scheduler working properly and help to use the application properly. He was very helpful and good to work with.

The ease of using Webgility has greatly improved our day to day function. The automatic syncing with QB and our online store has been a vast improvement from the previously manual and time consuming process. Kanishk Sahu (and every other person we've spoken with) is always very helpful, taking time to explain in detail the functions of the system and assist with any issues we may have.

We've used Webgility for a few years now, with another platform, Amazon, and now Shopify. Their support team is top tier! I have spoken with many support team members and they have all been so kind and helpful. Today I spoke with Anon who was a great help and so kind to speak with! Everyone goes above and beyond on the support team.

I was having technical problems with my Webgility app and they service department was quick to return my support ticket. I spoke with Chandra Shekhar Yadav and he was on my problem! This app works beautifully for Quickbooks POS, where no other app does. The support is excellent. Patient, courteous, and efficient. I did not have to wait, and Nikhlesh was extremely helpful, fixing all of my errors and demonstrating how to use the system. I highly recommend this product and company!

Webgility is the only app we have found that will reliably bi-directional sync Shopify & QuickBooks. Most of the support guys are good, including Shekhar. A few of them struggle, but that is probably to be expected in any support organization as new staff is trained. Overall we are disappointed in how often we have to call support because of problems with Webgility, but they always resolve our issue either manually or with an app update, which is frequently required & is a manual process. The app is also expensive compared to other Shopify add-on apps, with ever user requiring a separate license plus one for the dedicated "server" that does the actual sync. We check frequently for an alternative to Webgility that is less expensive, more reliable & does everything it does, but haven't found anything even close yet.
