Customer support has great hours and usually no wait time. SC agent Vipin was very helpful and surely knows his way around integrations.

Great app. Highly recommended. Customer service is excellent. We use it to integrate our stores into one shipping portal and it works great!

Great support. Easy to contact. Able to find work-arounds for certain features and seem to be proactively working on updates to help us with tracking inventory across multiple locations.

Vipin was incredible helping solve my sync issue. I am so excited to use webgility again! I had a lot of technicians tried to solve my issue but he fixed in a few minutes.

This app has streamlined our order processing and allowed us to grow our business - very grateful to have this app! When I call customer service, I get friendly and helpful staff that sticks with the problem until there is a solution. Today Vipin provided wonderful customer service, and Vikram has been fantastic in the past as well.

I use this app to sync orders with QuickBooks desktop. It runs automatically in the background. Customer tech support is top notch and quick to solve issues when they arrive.

These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: (1) they kinda force everyone to give them a 5-star review at the end of the remote session with them--they literally go into the review, THEY click on the 5 star, and tell you to write. Has a tiny bit of a hostage-type feel to it. Too bad because they probably could earn the 5 stars ethically if they didn't do that. I don't think they understand the American mindset of their customers: the moment you mess with our freedom, we will protest. Hence the 4 stars.

Himanshu Himanshu is the BEST. He spent the time to update my stores efficiently. The updates are going to reduce my manual data entries into Quickbooks. This is HUGE and the reason why we use WEBGILITY! THANK YOU HIMANSHU

I use Webgility to sync my Shopify and Amazon orders to Quickbooks. It is fast and easy. The service is outstanding and over the top helpful.
