Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: (1) they kinda force everyone to give them a 5-star review at the end of the remote session with them--they literally go into the review, THEY click on the 5 star, and tell you to write. Has a tiny bit of a hostage-type feel to it. Too bad because they probably could earn the 5 stars ethically if they didn't do that. I don't think they understand the American mindset of their customers: the moment you mess with our freedom, we will protest. Hence the 4 stars.

Himanshu Himanshu is the BEST. He spent the time to update my stores efficiently. The updates are going to reduce my manual data entries into Quickbooks. This is HUGE and the reason why we use WEBGILITY! THANK YOU HIMANSHU

I use Webgility to sync my Shopify and Amazon orders to Quickbooks. It is fast and easy. The service is outstanding and over the top helpful.

Himanshu was very helpful in getting our Shopify website account connected to our Quickbooks desktop.

This app work great with Quickbooks Desktop. The support staff is always great to work with and alway gets the issue fixed on the spot, event if they need to do coding. It's worth all the money it cost, don't cheap out with the other apps, it's not worth the time.

Vinayak assisted us in reconciling an inventory issue in SHOPIFY. Webgility helps us keep inventory synched between SHOPIFY and QuickBooks. Whenever we have an issue, Webgility tech support sticks with us until the issue is resolved.

Kanishk really helps for us, good job. thank you so much. He solves the problem for us. He helps to create a new account and solves the connection trouble for us. He fixes the problem for three computers.

We use Desktop Sync all the time and it works perfectly. Support is very good from Webgility especially Vinayak.

Himanshu helped resolve Webgility online error transactions that would not post. He was very thorough and worked to identify the underlying issue. At the end of the day our error transactions were posted to QBO! Thank you Himanshu!!!!

Implementation and on-boarding is so valuable, working one-on-one with a specialist who understands our business. Every time we have called tech support we get someone right away who is helpful, friendly, and helps resolve any issue we may have - which are few!

They really helped us with a problem that had been plaguing us for quite some time now; Getting our site to connect to QuickBooks. Now that chore is thankfully done with their support team's friendly and quick nearly immediate not to mention free help.

1-16-24 Update. We have been using Webgility since 2015. We still love it! The tech staff are amazing to work with and ALWAYS get a resolution. Faizan S from onboarding helped set up a whole new work flow for Amazon which will work better for international markets. This app saves us an incredible amount of time. If you have a lot of transactions, it will save you money in the long run. When there is an issue, tech support is always great. Faizan went above and beyond today.

I am so glad I found Webgility to sync Shopify with QuickBooks POS. My inventory is always up-to-date. Recently, I installed a new computer needing support from Webgility to connect the files. The tech was outstanding. I highly recommend Webgility.
