As updates come out for Quickbooks, Shopify and Webgility sometimes connections get broken. But calling webgility support is always quick and they solve the problem fast. This time it took longer but were in contact with me the whole time to let me know that they were working to fix the problem.

After trying 3 other 3rd party apps to sync QB desktop and Shopify, Webgility finally met all our needs. We were helped with setup and the customer service is amazing if we ever have any questions! It has worked perfectly for us and we love the dashboard reports.

This app helps to syn orders from shopify and we can easily chose to either bulk post or post individually into quickbook enterprise. Whenever we need help, webgility team is always there to assist. Recently we needed some customization work done, in order to match order total without having to manually make adjustment. The customization work was done and implemented in just a few days. Sabbu was the lead person who took care of us and he was great. You can count on webgility and the support team. One last word, unlike some apps, you can always reach one of the support team member to get help and to resolve whatever issue you have.

Every time I have called Webgility, the customer support has been so helpful! This latest time, Mudasir Zahoor went through every step integrating with the newest QB version, product syncing (with Shopify), shipping through Stamps, posting invoices and payments... everything. And he is funny! Thanks Mudasir!

I found this application is best application for the inventory syncronization. I am using this application for multiple shopping carts and the automation does the sync for me automatically for me. About its support so they have best in class customer support even on chat and on phone as well. I will recommend this application for all ecommerce users. Himanshu you are the star.

5/26/2022 - We have been using Webgility for at least 8 years now and we love it!! It posts all our orders to QB and they can be done as sales receipts or invoices. No more manual entry for me! I just don't have time while running all the other facets of our business! We can also make changes to any order, add an item, and even add a batch number right in webgility before we post to QB so those things show up in the sales receipt or invoice as well - very helpful for us as manufacturers. Then, Webgility can post back to the store to show that the order has been fulfilled. The Webgility guys ALWAYS seem to know their stuff!! My accountant/QB expert also recently referred to Webgility as the 'gold standard' of QB sync-ing software. It has worked amazing for us! Yes I recommend this app

We've been using this application for about a year now. It has greatly simplified the data entry process. The onboarding session will take a bit of time but it will be worth it in the end. Their customer service is very helpful and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

App really saves us ALOT of time. Also, the tech team is fabulous and go above and beyond just their app to get things working. Highly recommend this app for stores with lots of transactions. It paid for itself within 1 month.

Annual price increased 3 times. We feel they "bait and switched" us. Find another solution. Not sure how they expect to increase their prices three fold and no one would find another solution. We are.
