We are loving this app as it not only makes us as a brand fill good about the opportunity to have carbon neutral orders, but it also makes the customer feel good that they can make an impact as well! They also have a great team that provides excellent support.

EcoCart is a fantastic app and organization. Customer service could not be any better. They listen, take action and help solve any issues that come up with rolling out, which were very few. I couldn't figure out how to install and get the app to run seamlessly when I first installed it. However the team was super helpful and quick in assisting me with the setup and getting the app to run perfectly. My customers love it and so do we! Thanks & keep up the good work.

Excellent support, great app, I recommend. They helped me to set the app. But no possibility to translate all the content.

Pretty convinced this app is a scam. I've sent them multiple emails through different methods (from Shopify's app, in app, and on their site), and I haven't heard a reply from them. It's been about a month, so I'm not being impatient. Really frustrating for a handful of reasons but the main one is: WHAT ARE THEY ACTUALLY DOING WITH THE MONEY? It's hard to believe a company that is supposed to donate money on behalf of my business is legitimate with this type of experience. I'm pretty shaken up by this app because I wanted to show goodwill on behalf of my business and my customer would be too with willingness to donate to a cause. Can anyone verify this organization's legitimacy?

Your messages were unfortunately being caught in the suspended tickets section of Zendesk due to them being from an "automated system." I sincerely apologize for the lack of response. I've reached out to you personally to schedule a call to explain more about how EcoCart works. In short, we're funding certified carbon offset projects like planting trees or building wind farms with the carbon offset donations from your customers. I look forward to speaking with you :)

Dane, Bénédict & Zain have been fantastic in helping setup EcoCart to work with our site, also spending some time out of their day to have a video chat. Out of the box it was nearly there but after a few tweaks we couldn't be happier.

This app is the answer to all your carbon-offsetting prayers. It's taken the stress out of needing to make sure we are doing all we can to be carbon-neutral. Our customers want to play their part and EcoCart has helped them help us to help the planet! Dane (the owner) has been a pleasure to deal with and is super responsive and patient. He's also been amazing at getting the app to look just how we need it to on our checkout. The process for us and our customers is effortless and it makes all the difference. It's so rewarding seeing our collection amounts and the amount of trees that it equates to on our dashboard. Cannot recommend this app enough.

App works seamlessly and you can customize basically anything you want! Support is great as well - they will try to help you even if you don't need it at all ;)
