I had a great experience with Ecomposer's customer service. Jaden was an amazing agent—so nice, patient, and helpful. However, I think the platform could be even better with more AI-powered features. It would be a game-changer if Ecomposer used AI to customize and build website templates, instead of requiring manual work. This would save so much time and make the platform even more efficient for users.
