INCREDIBLE APP. Very nuanced in terms of the detail you are able to customize. The support staff goes above and beyond to help you. They respond almost immediately, and they know exactly what to do about everything you need help with.

Susan is a great partner. She helped me achieve the effect I wanted on EC by modifying the code. However, some other human support replied that it could not be achieved by code, so Susan is a very capable person. EC is still very convenient for customizing website templates, and the desired effect can be achieved through code.

The support team is extremely helpful. Unlike most other apps and support, if you're having an issue they'll actually input the correction code for you to make it work how you want. Love it!
