I highly recommend to use this app it has amazing templates, sections .And also its easy to use.Also i really liked their customer support service.They were so nice especially Eric and he solved my issue really fast thank you

Luna helped me to solve my problem. They take an instructive video on how to do the things you want to do and send it to you. I did not expect this much. Incredible customer support!

Its a good product but the 24/7 support is what makes this app worth the $$. I was able to do some of the items I was hoping for but still working out a few of the others. Jade was well knowledgeable about what the app does and doesn't do, which saves me a lot of time. Better to pay the few extra bucks now to save the time, because you can't buy that time back later. Also came back later and took advantage of the Buy a partner theme and get 6 months free deal, then Lily was able to get us setup with the promo upgrade quickly.

I knew i had this component installed for the longest time and this was the first day i actually used it. The features look better than having to use the theme options after all because it's highly customizable. I had a picture in my head how i wanted things to appear and started struggling a little but after contacting customer support, i worked with Jade and they were AMAZING. I felt bad being that annoying person with nitpicking little things. I admit i don't understand metafields much but Jade came along and saved the day! Thank you so much Jade! You're amazing and i'm sorry for being a pain lol

It's not compatible with RTL, and I wasn't able to use other plugins with my theme, like a translator app or a bundle creator app. I wasn't even able to edit anything in the code, like to change a certain dev I don't know, it was supposed to make my experience easier, but it just didn't. Customer support reached out to me, they are very helpful and thoughtful, and they showed help with the mentioned problems above, I give them 4 out of 5 because of the RTL capability, rather than this, they are a solid 5.

I have checked your old conversation with my team and I found there are two issues: You want to make the content in RTL: About this, I'm so sorry that currently, we don't have the option for this. But I can help you to achieve that with some CSS code. You want to use the Pumper Volume discount extension: I tried to check that extension, but it allows use on the Product page only: https://tppr.me/N5hDKx. Your current page is a Homepage, so it can not work. Can you please try to use it on a Product template to see if it can work? Or please consider using the EcomRise Volume discount extension, it can work on all page types. Again, I am sorry for what happened. This is worth your money! Great service. The team is always wanted to help you. As a webdeveloper I want to try new things, and they are were welcome to help you with it. Andrew helped me a lot. I have asked him about a third party plugin to customize some elements. At first I tought well I don't think they can help me because it is a third party plug-in. Andrew came with a solution, I was very much suprised! Thanks a lot!

The app its self is pretty frustrating to use. Its not very intuitive, its more techy and takes alot of frustrating time to execute very simple things. It could be designed better. Thank god for their amazing support though, small things i was able to get assistance with Eric was very helpful and made the tweeks i needed to complete my project.
