Susan is a great partner. She helped me achieve the effect I wanted on EC by modifying the code. However, some other human support replied that it could not be achieved by code, so Susan is a very capable person. EC is still very convenient for customizing website templates, and the desired effect can be achieved through code.

EComposer is the best page builder I've tried — and I've tried many. The support is also top-notch; you can easily speak to a real person instead of the typical bots. If you're coming from WordPress, it's similar to Elementor in terms of its many possibilities. The last time I had an issue, I reached out to support and Jade quickly solved my problem. Awesome support — I highly recommend it!

The support team is extremely helpful. Unlike most other apps and support, if you're having an issue they'll actually input the correction code for you to make it work how you want. Love it!
