I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store. The customer support tried to help, but it was useless. I strongly discourage anyone from using this app if they want to maintain a functional and professional Shopify site. It is a waste of time and energy, and it negatively impacts the user experience for our customers (the typography imposed by the theme is not pleasant to the eye and drives potential customers away from our store). Very disappointed.

Regarding the issue you mentioned: When importing a page if you select "Global typography, colors" option, it applies the styles across the entire site, which may have caused the changes to your fonts. You had better select the "Sections data" option when importing data. We had reset the form settings for you and also send follow up email with more details to assist your case better. I was working on a custom Coming soon page, which is also known as password page. I reached support for some inquiries, and to be truly honest, this is by far the best customer support I have ever seen. Jade was the person behind all the magic. She helped me fix all my issues in matters of seconds. I highly recommend using Ecomposer. I tried using other platforms but this one is by far the best and easiest to use! Keep going and thank you Jade :)

This app is incredibly easy to use and enables you to do some really unique things with your site. The support team is also very helpful. Andy was the one who helped us, providing excellent assistance and guiding us through the issues we were facing. Thank you Andy :)

I am new to Shopify and needed an app to design a beautiful homepage. Not only did this app have all the functionality I required but the customer support is outstanding! I was assisted initially by Susan and then for a second query by Caroline and both sorted out the queries I had within minutes. I am looking to upgrade my package soon to ensure my entire site is at the level of my homepage!

The builder is great, but the team makes the real difference. I needed support and Caroline helped me. In 30 seconds the issue was resolved. I will continue to use this builder for all of my websites.

If I could give 6 stars, I would, but the max is 5. Jade was fantastic and incredible in sorting out my "coming soon" page. We are launching in 2 months, so I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I needed the header removed, the countdown timer adjusted, and some colors changed. She coded everything on her side and made the amendments. Now my "coming soon" page looks woooooow. Thank you, Jade; you are a the true star!

I am gonna say that EComposer builder have much more features but the most loving thing about it is, it's customer support. They would help you out in each and every aspect. I would say that JADE make me fan of this builder. Thanks Jade for your quick and helping response.

This app surpassed all expectations. I thought it would be just some extra functionality in addition to the basic Shopify backend but this app has all the necessary elements to create highly stylized webpages. And the support team is superb. Fast, Friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend this more!
